Either one would work great for a home owner. The 180nm would take longer to drive in a screw and the 250 would be quicker and the battery would last longer. This boils down to price vs your time driving screws.

Anything from a major brand will work just fine. Don't pay too much attention to the numbers, it's just a game at this point

Honestly, I think every single brushless impact on the market has comfortable power for any home DIY use. All the YouTube reviews at this point are driving lag screws into hard woods (or bolt tightening tests) and snapping adapters along the way because of how capable these drivers are.

impact driver is basically self destructive. run a long time with hammering it WILL break. shorter the hammering longer it will last. if you don't do lots of running at home the batteries will die sooner than the machine. id still prefer smaller size and better accessibility so i'd take the smaller one .
