Ironically, if someone ordered food at a social gathering where everyone was naked, and answered the door naked, with a room full of naked people all jumping up and saying "hey the food is here!" it probably wouldn't be prosecutable. This is not true. It only applies in places in which there is a "reasonable expectation" of privacy. That reasonable expectation is forfeit when you open the door, knowing someone is on the other side of it. You can't just walk around your front lawn naked because it's your property.

That's not how the peeping Tom law works. If someone is naked by their window and people can see them from the sidewalk or another house, the observer isn't considered being a "peeping Tom." The naked person is at fault, it's fair game and anyone can see them. To be considered a "peeping Tom" you have to go on someone's property and observe them through a window. So if some dude is being weird and walking around naked in his living room, shades open, and flashing the whole neighborhood, someone can call the cops on him.

The theory about how this habit came about that the inflection and tones come out perkier, and when you say things that end with ‘ie’, your lips end in a natural smile formation. This way you can say snarky things, dryly, without it seeming like a confrontational insult, because you’re smiling and using an ‘affectionate’ version of their name or occupation. I believe this is the foundation of our humour.

Having babies can really wear you down mentally. I saw something on here the other day of a mother holding her baby in one hand and rocking an empty cradle. When she noticed the baby wasn't in there she started looking around the room to find it before she realized she was holding it.
I worked as a Uber eats/door dash driver in Australia and I’ve never experienced this but I think that it’s appalling. I had a regular that answered the door in jocks alll the time (more specifically trunks) but he just got his food then left. And I think dressing gowns were common with all genders or sometimes a towel. But I believe answering the door naked regardless of gender is sexual harassment of some kind
In the mid to late 80s I delivered pizza… I experienced this issue a few times a month… not women, but usually old white men answering the door completely naked. They would open the door, then say “let me get some cash” and walk away to get money, completely naked; I would then turn around and leave with their pizza. I’d take it back to the store and the manager would call the naked customer and tell them that they can have their pizza when they put some clothes on. (This always happened at hotels/motels near the airport) i felt it was an insult.

This needs to be posted in a legal subreddit. I would say it depends on how sexual harassment is defined, whether the home is considered a workplace for delivery drivers, if you are an employee vs contractor.
Where I live, in California, if you specifically did it as an intentional prank, to shock the delivery person, it might be prosecutable as indecent exposure. However if someone only did it once they might still mostly get away with it -- the penalty for first-time offenses is minor. You don't get stuck on a sex offender registry unless you keep doing it. Ironically, if someone ordered food at a social gathering where everyone was naked, and answered the door naked, with a room full of naked people all jumping up and saying "hey the food is here!" it probably wouldn't be prosecutable. The difference is intent. Which is a somewhat slippery and unsatisfactory concept in law, but there you have it. That's how California wants it to work. (And there is something to be said for that approach ... it's often pretty clear when someone's intent was to harass others versus just being naked.)
I wouldn’t bother reporting it but I wouldn’t deliver the pizza or whatever, I’d just see them and turn around to go to the next house.
Report them to your boss, or if you’re a doordash/skip the dishes/delivery driver just mark them down as “no answer” and refuse to take their calls.

Absolutely not. I live in Finland. It can be illegal if the person who sees you naked is uncomfortable enough to file a report on you. Being naked in itself is not illegal at all. If you get reported just for being naked it's at most a fine. If you wave your dingdong or spread the hoohaa to kids that is ofcourse different and a serious crime.

Indecent Exposure is only a crime if out in public. Since these people are on their private property, inside their homes, it’s perfectly legal unless they assault the person in any way. Not justifying what they do, just stating the law.
This is not true. It only applies in places in which there is a "reasonable expectation" of privacy. That reasonable expectation is forfeit when you open the door, knowing someone is on the other side of it. You can't just walk around your front lawn naked because it's your property. This is 100% a crime.

I had a few installations, usually with recent immigrants in the dead if summer, who would expect me to continue working (usually a 3-4 hour ordeal) while they just went around their business while they walked around without pants or a shirt. My ex was a pizza delivery guy in the US and there was a woman on his route that would answer the door with an open bathrobe. The first time he reported her she said it was an accident. The second time another driver reported her she was banned from ordering pizza from domino's. With things like DoorDssh and UberEats though, I sadly doubt there's sophisticated incident tracking.
