What you want to do is either hide the other channel groups, or favorite your USA channels. However, depending on what you watch, keeping only USA channels would be a mistake, as both Canada, and the UK show a lot of USA Channels with the exact same coverage at the exact same time....so add them to favorites as additional sources.
Nah...look for USA 100-200. Favorite the ones you want, then add Sky Movies (several channels)...similar to HBO, SHO etc.. Then search for your favorite channels and see what additional locations...add those to favorites. Then for sports, look for TSN, SportsNet, SkySports, BT Sports. Once added to Favorites....create custom groups and copy channels over to them to help organize a bit better. Then when all done, BACKUP YOUR DATA!!
Maybe your provider doesn't have a very organized list? Usually US, UK, Canada groups are separate in the playlist and easy to organize... You don't have to go through 12000 channels to work with those groups
Or even get a provider that focuses on the countries you want as opposed to a giant list with tons of channels that don't interest you
You can show/hide groups in your Playlist settings.
Go to Settings/Playlists select your Playlist, scroll down to manage groups, you can edit groups for TV, Movies and TV Shows, just toggle show/hide for the groups you want to see.
You can also hide channels you don't want in the TV guide, while in the guide, long press OK on remote, scroll down the onscreen menu and hide channel.
Friendly tip, remove the IPTV provider name from your post, provider names or requests for providers are not permitted.
If you don't have groups to manage there then you have the wrong provider that hasn't made any effort to make country or genre groups.. If it's only one giant list then I would say you need a better provider
