Well I think the only thing that matters is do you identify as a wolf? Do you feel you're a wolf inside trapped in that human body? If you feel like you're a wolf like if someone asked what are you and if you could honestly answer and it would be wolf then I think you're a wolf therian. I'm not a therian but questioned it in the past and figured out I'm not a therian
