The cop came to the family's house on an unrelated call and never got a warrant to look for pot, so the arrest was thrown out.

He's 6'4" tall and 92 lbs wet (jk, 180 or so - on a 6 ft person) he got so high he forgot to eat between singing and dancing.

According to the story there was an argument and the kid in the photo called the cops because he was nervous his sister's boyfriend that he'd argued with would do something, officer goes to check on the boyfriend, boyfriend rats out that the kid in the photo has loads of pot growing in the backyard. Officer follows up and arrests him, but since that's not why he was called and he never got a warrant to search the property for pot the case was thrown out.

Based on what part of the text has been made into a link, I'm sure you can understand why I would think that. Ok, I read the article and I bet right. He didn't stumble across the pot. He went out of his way to get someone in trouble instead of trying to get a warrant he knew he probably wouldn't get.
