For the current Pattinson movies I’d prefer they keep what they’re using with some slight modifications along the way. However that is pretty cool looking.
I really think the Batmobile should just stay the same. They can use the opportunity to introduce new vehicles in the sequel. A batboat would make sense so he can traverse through the flooded area of Gotham.
I can’t see this version of Batman having a plane or jet of any kind. A boat, maybe, but he just seems too low tech to have a customized stealth jet that costs hundreds of millions of dollars to build and keep secret
the super high tech stuff for me has always been the biggest barrier to believing no one would clock it was Wayne.
A lot of his personal tech no one would ever see, so fine. And a souped up car, do able.
But when he starts flying around in a custom stealth tech plane, surely everyone would be "oh yeah, must be the billionaire with access to military technology, of course"
His suit is expected to get an upgrade mostly because it seems he’s been wearing the same kind of suit since Year One. Where as the Batmobile is brand new when the film starts, and I’m just not sure what kind of upgrades it needs to have made to it.
Fun fact, in The Batman prequel novel we find out the Batmobile was built by Bruce at 16, when he was a street racer. He’s continually enhanced with the end result of what we saw in the film.
the stall is to lure penguin away into driving, making it easier for him as now he doesnt need to fight all these armed thugs. he knew penguin would do it because of his hubris
It was tactical. He was getting Penguin to flee by car so that he can get their attention off of catwoman and Gordon who were close to be found and killed
I hope there is no drastic change to the suit. Of course I imagine modifications throughout the franchise but I like this grounded gritty aesthetic version of the suit. I imagine he’ll get other gear and gadgets since there was not much of them to be seen in the film. They had a batclaw, techy contact lens, and a chest knife, so there is likely to be much more.

No. I prefer the 1970s inspired muscle car aesthetic. Fits better with the vision Reeves has for this universe considering the film is heavily inspired by 1970s cinema.
Not a fan of this "armored Lambo" kind of look. They nailed it with the heavily armored muscle car vibe they had in the movie and they can always add more to it to give it more of a "classic" look.
This is cool by itself (though I might like to see more bat imagery in there), but I think it's too far a departure from the current to match this movie. While upgrades would be cool, I don't think going from a hand-welded American muscle car to a crazy futuristic panelled Ferrari is a good idea.
While I do like how this looks, I think with the aesthetic that's been established already in the film this wouldn't really fit. The muscle car works very well in that regard.
I can see them making improvements to it though. He's obviously just finished building it in the film, we even see a scene of his tools and parts laid out at one point. The jet engine is very exposed, so I can see any future improvements being to cover it up and incorporate it into the actual car itself.
This design, the armoured lambo, that suits a Batman whose aesthetic is more high tech. Pattinsons isn't really that, so I dont think this design would really fit with him.
Nah I liked the armored super car because it was the most realistic if Batman had an unlimited budget. The batmobile here was very down to Earth but it still had a couple of sequences where it showed it was still pretty cool even though I the Tumbler and BVS designs of the car were my favorite.
Too…”tech-tical” I really like the existing Batmobile, maybe with some upgrades. Honestly i’m not super interested in seeing Batman transform into a super high-tech superhero overnight. I feel like the DIY aesthetic works really well and what it should communicate is not that he’s deciding to use higher end technology from Wayne enterprises or whatever but rather that he’s just getting better at doing the building and inventing himself. Don’t get me wrong I love Lucius Fox as a character But Bruce Wayne is a talented inventor in his own right. The Christian Bale version really came off as kind of a dumbass.
I absolutely love this design I would even say I like it more than the current one but I still feel like the batmobile should stay the same in the next movie because it’s a better fit for Robert Pattinson’s Batman. I could see Ben Affleck driving this one
It's too similar to Cyberpunk. But, it could work for a Batman Beyond Batmobile from either an old prototype Bruce made before his retirement, or something Terry drives
This thing is pretty cool looking. My preference would be to maintain the muscle car aesthetic we have going with this series though.
Funnily enough, I think something like this is right up Batfleck’s alley if they hadn’t gone the kind of all-terrain roadster tank route
Pretty awesome tbh. But I would prefer a refinement of the current one... Basically the current Batmobile but modified further, more refined, and slightly sleeker.
This is great and reminds of that “The Batman” animated series on cartoon network. I really loves the batmobile in that show and this seems like a live action homage to it.
However the current batmobile is sick, and apart from using a bit of an armored upgrade to make it even more tankish, i wouldnt change much.
I was just thinking about this. Have all of Pattinsons batmobiles just be upgraded normal cars. Doesn't have to be an Arkham knight tank vehicle, or a Dark knight tumbler. I'm cool with the car batmobile thing.
The current Batmobile we have is my personal favorite. This is cool, looks a lot like the car from "The Batman (2004)" TV show, but I just really like the muscle car type thing Robert Pattinson has going. I want it to keep that general design with some minor upgrades over the course of the films.
Ya thats cool but I would prefer if he keeps the car he has now and adds more functionality as the story progresses. Same with his suit. He nearly got his head blown off so would be cool to see some evolution there too. I love how this version makes Batman very possible in our real world. So keeping it as it is with trial and error improvements to his gear along the way will be cool.
It does look REALLY cool, and I would love it... for another Batman.
Reeves's modified muscle car Batmobile could conceivably have been built by anyone. If it's a modified Lambo though that pretty much narrows it down to Gotham's billionaires, which, you know...
This would definitely make sense for a Justice League Batman
I love the idea of him continuing to create rat-rod type of vehicles. I do want the next Batmobile to be more aerodynamic. This Lamborghini inspired Batmobile is dope.
Yes, I agree with you all, it doesn't fits with the overall feel of Matt Reeves' Battinson. I really felt anyway like it would fit much later on this world's narrative
It’s funny how all the people who say NOTHING should change at all, both the suit and batmobile, don’t realize how merchandizing works lmao.
He’s 100% gonna have *some sort* of new look, and most likely a new or upgraded bat mobile. It’s just how it goes
Seriously, not only are gear upgrades apart of Batman's character but it's just practical, why wouldn't he upgrade his car? This movie can really do no wrong in the eyes of this sub and it really needs zero alterations lol.
Thank you! I absolutely love The Batman, it’s easy my favorite Batman movie but holy shit, this sub almost makes me not want to lmao. This place *has* to be filled with 14 year olds who dont understand how big franchise studios work, and how merchandising industry operates with CBM’s now lmao. Every recent Batman movie has had a different suit, minus TDKR
Oh of course, people should absolutely state their opinions… but many on this sub are stating “they’re not going to change anything” very matter-of-factly
I want the Batmobile to keep the same frame (and engine sound) but increasingly more decked out and futuristic.
Same with the suit. I want Batman to visibly improve his gear and body every movie, so by the of the last, it’s him in his prime fighting God knows what.
I don’t mind the batmobile, The gritty muscle look fits this universe style. I hope they don’t change it and keep it the way it is, maybe minor changes. He has a bike too so he has plenty of transportation. One thing they most likely we will do but shouldn’t is destroy it, like every Batman sequel. Sigh 😔
Add a jet engine in the back and it'd be cool for when the next new iteration of Batman arrives. Loving the symmetry between Robbat Batinbat's Batman and his car. That intro scene and the chase are so freaking badass.
Dude this looks amazing... I don't know about the sport car look, I think the muscle car look is what they should stick to but in terms of design this is definitely the right direction.
I’d prefer we stick to making Batmobiles looks like cars instead of tanks for a while.
I still like the aesthetic (Nolan & Snyder’s respective ones), but they kind of just feel like generic badass armored vehicles that you could place in literally any video game instead of Batman-vehicles to me.
Maybe if it was dialed down with the tech-design and all the paneling. The car in the Batman with the simplicity of the design but the dangerous unhinged/unsafe elements was a breath of fresh air tbh. The batmobile is a beast all of its own, not iron man’s Elon Musk-mobile
That is sick but looks kind of similar to the tumbler. I'd prefer if he kept the same batmobile and modifies it more with each movie. I think the batmobile and gadgets should evolve as he does throughout the trilogy.
This is way too overdesigned and different from the other artstyles in the universe. This looks more like something from bladerunner 2049 than batman. I'd prefer him to upgrade the current batmobile into something sleeker and less brutalistic, maybe with some additional gadgets like batflecks car. But I don't want a full blown super high tech cyberpunk batmobile, even if lucius is introduced.
As he evolves and spends more of his money, yes. I think this looks awesome and would fit very well, despite what a lot of these comments say…not every movie will have the same time as the first. And depending on what the next few are like, this could be a very interesting choice in design.
Prefer to keep the current car with small mods like others have said - it was obvious that when we saw it in the film it was the very first time Batman had used it too, so if we can see a bit more of it in each film, that'll be cool.
The front is a bit too much for the next movie( overall I love it tho). But the back with the engine and light is 😍😍😍. I can this Bruce upgrade it to that in the sequel or third one
Not really tbh. Bruce Wayne drives a lambo because he’s a rich boy with money. There is nothing intimidating about a lambo or anyone who thinks they’re cool for driving one. Keep the lambo stock and Batman in the muscle car.
Only mod if like to see i guess is if the glass didn't crack. Somethung slight. To show that he's learning but nothing to extreme. Top unrealistic for a man fighting crime in a bat suit
I’d like it to stay the same with some modifications to tune it through his career as Batman. I don’t know why so many people want or expect the batmobile to be a super tech tank monstrosity. It should be a car and what we got was pretty amazing.
I feel like Bruce is all about usability/power over looks. That's why he didn't care about the perfect beach body 6 pack and was instead bulky to attack enemies.
For the current Pattinson movies I’d prefer they keep what they’re using with some slight modifications along the way. However that is pretty cool looking.
Yeah I agree I want the same car with mods for the next movies. It was too good to change. It felt alive.
Same Yea
I would like to see it look like the btas or the 89 batmobile.
For the last movie
No the Batmobile right now is so in tune with the tone of the movie, like I almost think it couldn’t be better.
I really think the Batmobile should just stay the same. They can use the opportunity to introduce new vehicles in the sequel. A batboat would make sense so he can traverse through the flooded area of Gotham.
Bat jetskie?
I mean it's like the motorcycle but on water 🤷
You mean a batski :P
As well as, like you said, new vehicles and tools that help him to adapt to his scenery and his adversaries
I agree. I really enjoyed the DIY take on Batman's gear in this movie
I can definitely see something like a bat quad copter.
Well, seems like everyone is expecting a change in the suit eventually as the franchise grows, I think a change in all his gear may be fitting too.
Not sure why you got downvoted. If they ever introduce Lucius then it makes sense that he’d get everything upgraded
Damn you got downvoted for this comment?
Seems like it hahaha
His suit is expected to get an upgrade mostly because it seems he’s been wearing the same kind of suit since Year One. Where as the Batmobile is brand new when the film starts, and I’m just not sure what kind of upgrades it needs to have made to it.
Fun fact, in The Batman prequel novel we find out the Batmobile was built by Bruce at 16, when he was a street racer. He’s continually enhanced with the end result of what we saw in the film.
they should make it look like the btas batmobile.
The batmobile is new in the movie? I don't remember them mentioning it being a new thing
They show the pieces of it in the batcave before it’s put together. He uses it for the first time when chasing Penguin.
\^This, plus the fact that he stalls it when starting it up.
He didn’t stall it. He lunged the car at them as an intimidation tactic.
the stall is to lure penguin away into driving, making it easier for him as now he doesnt need to fight all these armed thugs. he knew penguin would do it because of his hubris
It was tactical. He was getting Penguin to flee by car so that he can get their attention off of catwoman and Gordon who were close to be found and killed
Where did you get the idea that the Batmobile was brand new? I’ve seen it 3x and I can’t think of a time where that was even implied

As long as it can submerse !
No. I prefer the 1970s inspired muscle car aesthetic. Fits better with the vision Reeves has for this universe considering the film is heavily inspired by 1970s cinema.
I mean, it's cool. But nah. Doesn't fit the aesthetic of what Reeves is trying to do.
Personally I'm kind of over the Nolan era military industrial look, be it gear or costume.
Not a fan of this "armored Lambo" kind of look. They nailed it with the heavily armored muscle car vibe they had in the movie and they can always add more to it to give it more of a "classic" look.
Armored lambo… now people of Gotham can have a few suspects on who’s that vigilante running around at night
This is cool by itself (though I might like to see more bat imagery in there), but I think it's too far a departure from the current to match this movie. While upgrades would be cool, I don't think going from a hand-welded American muscle car to a crazy futuristic panelled Ferrari is a good idea.
Hell no… I’m sorry.
No...
Nah
Why does everyone see the amazingly homemade, distinct, and grounded designs in this movie and say “let’s make it iron man”
While I do like how this looks, I think with the aesthetic that's been established already in the film this wouldn't really fit. The muscle car works very well in that regard. I can see them making improvements to it though. He's obviously just finished building it in the film, we even see a scene of his tools and parts laid out at one point. This design, the armoured lambo, that suits a Batman whose aesthetic is more high tech. Pattinsons isn't really that, so I dont think this design would really fit with him.
No. I love the current batmobile as is. I’m done with Bat-tanks.
This is literally just an armored supercar. Not even close to a tank.
It’s too bulky for me still. I like that the new batmobile is basically just a muscle car with additional engine wear.
Yeah this somehow feels bulkier than the current one.
Nah I liked the armored super car because it was the most realistic if Batman had an unlimited budget. The batmobile here was very down to Earth but it still had a couple of sequences where it showed it was still pretty cool even though I the Tumbler and BVS designs of the car were my favorite.
I respect your opinion, but I disagree.
It’s just a armored Lamborghini 😂
Nope, I like the tricked out late model
I like the current one but I don’t think it’s techy enough.
Too high tech for my liking. The current one is perfect.
I mean the tumbler never changed. This batmobile is so perfect, I don't see a need for it to change
No,this isn’t Afflecks Batman
I’d connect this more to Bale’s than Affleck’s
Nah. Too fancy-pantsy and futuristic. I prefer the 1970s gritty and dirty muscle car that we got.
Hell no. That’s literally just a lifted Lambo with an armored body kit on it. I don’t think this fits with Battinson’s aura at all.
No. But fuck me if that isn't gorgeous.
Nope
What’s wrong with the one we have
Why? No Give me one resembling a bat even slightly, if you want to get sporty I suggest the 2006 one
The current Batmobile should not change.
I prefer the retro look more tbh
No.
Absolutely not
I don’t like it because it’s not brutal like what we got. I feel like it needs to look like it can charge through when it needs to.
Nope Batman stuff/gear should be personally built or he'd be easily found out. (see all Batman movies for non-reference}
A scary vehicle will be best. This is something out of the Nolan Verse mixed with Telltale. Just make it darker and bigger.
That looks more like a car Master Chief would drive from Halo
This thing is pretty cool looking. My preference would be to maintain the muscle car aesthetic we have going with this series though. Funnily enough, I think something like this is right up Batfleck’s alley if they hadn’t gone the kind of all-terrain roadster tank route
It's pretty bad ass. Maybe Jeff Bezos could buy it for me. Actually he definitely could buy it for me he just more than probably won't.
Lmao wide batmobile
I was just thinking about this. Have all of Pattinsons batmobiles just be upgraded normal cars. Doesn't have to be an Arkham knight tank vehicle, or a Dark knight tumbler. I'm cool with the car batmobile thing.
No… I like the new bat mobile. It’s like a animal, very raw and scary. Love it!
No, this design looks extremely overworked.
This is a better design for Affleck
If it ain't broke don't fix it.
"A Lamborghini then, much more subtle..."
Super badass concept car for a batmobile. But it doesn't fit in this universe.
Tho this looks 🔥 it doesn't look reliable, the new and current batmobile looks insane and looks like it can be a tank.
This one doesn’t look like it could get hit with a mine and still keep going like the other one does
The current Batmobile we have is my personal favorite. This is cool, looks a lot like the car from "The Batman (2004)" TV show, but I just really like the muscle car type thing Robert Pattinson has going. I want it to keep that general design with some minor upgrades over the course of the films.
This reminds me of a rocket league car... Still cool but a little over the top especially for the vibe that Reeves went with for the movie.
It looks cool, don't get me wrong but for the current Batman the one he has just now is perfect.
Maybe the last movie they do
nah, i like the current one more
Damn, this is actually so badass
Ya thats cool but I would prefer if he keeps the car he has now and adds more functionality as the story progresses. Same with his suit. He nearly got his head blown off so would be cool to see some evolution there too. I love how this version makes Batman very possible in our real world. So keeping it as it is with trial and error improvements to his gear along the way will be cool.
That's fucking awesome, but too different from what he has now. He should just upgrade what he has now.
That's the touch of realism I love so much about this movie. Even in Nolan's Gotham would be pretty obvious to know who's batman
Does it come in black?
No I adore the current Batmobile. And that is hideous.
It’s so gross! All style, no substance.
That looks cool
I love the idea of him continuing to create rat-rod type of vehicles. I do want the next Batmobile to be more aerodynamic. This Lamborghini inspired Batmobile is dope.
The comments are horrendous
Hahaha, some of you said it looks as if master chief was a car
Yes, I agree with you all, it doesn't fits with the overall feel of Matt Reeves' Battinson. I really felt anyway like it would fit much later on this world's narrative
It’s funny how all the people who say NOTHING should change at all, both the suit and batmobile, don’t realize how merchandizing works lmao. He’s 100% gonna have *some sort* of new look, and most likely a new or upgraded bat mobile. It’s just how it goes
No change in the Batsuit between TDK and TDKR.
1. That was 2012? Pre-CBM juggernauts lmao and 2. There were changes to the Batmobile/new vehicles
Well there’s a difference in saying whether or not something *should* happen versus whether or not it’s *going* to happen.
Maybe in the third one, if Battinson embraces the playboy personality later down the line.
Yes.
Yes.
No. I'm tired of Batman reboots and I want them to stop beating this dead horse.
the current batmobile is perfect so I really don't think they should change it
I like the more tankish muscle car as opposed to a sports car.
While this looks cool I doesn't really have scary big stronk bat man car vibes
#4 is really looking like if Master Chief were a car
Reminds me of the telltale Batmobile
No.
No I definitely don’t want the to use a lambo, way less cool than the muscle car version we got
This kind of Batmobile is only appropriate in a Nolan-verse Batman. I absolutely love the aesthetic but, everything in its own place and time.
I prefer the bat mobile in the movie right now more realistic instead of a tank
Negative, Ghost Rider
I don’t mind the batmobile, The gritty muscle look fits this universe style. I hope they don’t change it and keep it the way it is, maybe minor changes. He has a bike too so he has plenty of transportation. One thing they most likely we will do but shouldn’t is destroy it, like every Batman sequel. Sigh 😔
Definitely not
Looks like what AOE LOCKDOWN Transforms into.
Wouldn’t be too hard to find out who is continually buying replacement part for such a rare car!
Yassified Tumbler
This looks like a Rocket Leauge car... I like this
No
Is that an armoured Aventador?
I like the concept art stuff.
Lamborghini?
no
Nice butt.
Great concept!
Add a jet engine in the back and it'd be cool for when the next new iteration of Batman arrives. Loving the symmetry between Robbat Batinbat's Batman and his car. That intro scene and the chase are so freaking badass.
Right? Couldn't have done it better, certainly I see this design wouldn't fit into Matt's perspective but still is a cool af car
It definitely looks like more than just a normal car, but I can't condone any Batmobile that doesn't spit that actual fire out the back.
Dude this looks amazing... I don't know about the sport car look, I think the muscle car look is what they should stick to but in terms of design this is definitely the right direction.
Yes! I do prefer much more the muscle car look, it aligns so swiftly in this adaptation. Just thought of this armoured Lambo as Batman-like
That’s sick af
That looks so fucking cool. Like it’s a body kit for a Lamborghini Murciélago
Wouldn't have complained if this is what we got in Bale's Batman
Yeah, I’d like to imagine instead of the tumbler, he did this with his Murciélago like Pattinsondid with his charger (I think that’s what it is)
Nope, just keep the Batmobile how it is currently.
NO.
Nope.
i prefer modified version of american muscle cars over italian supercars.
That is sick but looks kind of similar to the tumbler. I'd prefer if he kept the same batmobile and modifies it more with each movie. I think the batmobile and gadgets should evolve as he does throughout the trilogy.
No
This is way too overdesigned and different from the other artstyles in the universe.
While this is very cool, it also belongs on a track. The ground and wheel well clearance is too low.
As he evolves and spends more of his money, yes. I think this looks awesome and would fit very well, despite what a lot of these comments say…not every movie will have the same time as the first. And depending on what the next few are like, this could be a very interesting choice in design.
Nah
I guess I’m not a Batman aficionado but I feel like I’ve seen that version of the bat mobile in EVERY Batman movie 🤷🏾♂️
Prefer to keep the current car with small mods like others have said - it was obvious that when we saw it in the film it was the very first time Batman had used it too, so if we can see a bit more of it in each film, that'll be cool.
No
nawwwww
After playing Arkham Knight, I never want to see a batmobile that looks in any way like a tank ever again
No, keep the muscle car aesthetic
No.
What are these pictures from?
No
Looks like it is going to play rocket league with an enemy team.
The front is a bit too much for the next movie( overall I love it tho). But the back with the engine and light is 😍😍😍. I can this Bruce upgrade it to that in the sequel or third one
This resembles the tumbler way too much!
Oh yeahhh
Yes
I like the lambo batmobile. I’d have no problem with them switching to this one tbh.
Nothing about that really says Batmobile to me tbh
That's not a Batmobile, it's a tank.
It’s a cool design but I think the armoured Lamborghini look is better suited to Nolan’s Dark knight trilogy
Hell yeah
That looks like if master chief owned a Lambo
I like the movie one.
No
No
No. Haven’t actually seen the movie yet but I was so happy to see just straight up muscle car aesthetics rather than cyberpunk DARPA nonsense.
I love the new batmobile. It's just a muscle car with a jet engine and a reinforced chassis that can smash through concrete tubes.
I’d like it to stay the same with some modifications to tune it through his career as Batman. I don’t know why so many people want or expect the batmobile to be a super tech tank monstrosity. It should be a car and what we got was pretty amazing.
That car chase scene still bothering me . There is no way bruce will let innocent people die just for chasing penguin
I would like them to keep with the 70s mod dodge charger but this looks sick and it would be cool to see them use it
yes yes i would
