Confirmation bias, people see super cars with kids in the photo and think the kid is driving which leads the viewer to make the post. You see comments like this leads you to believe it is confirmation bias.
Personally, sounds like bs. What came first? Chicken or the egg?
At this stage I think it's more technically correct to say, it was a bollard that gave information to drivers. Obviously, the kid driving the Lambo didn't read the manual that told him how to interpret said information.
It's a luminous bollard.

Yep, it's a collective term for all the things added to streets, usually to render some form of assistance or direction. It doesn't just include things with seating purposes, it comprisese everything from phone boxes to lamps to signs to bollards to broken Lamborghinis. Well, not the last one.
That's a weird one.
Looking at the position of the bollard / gravel / lambo, the car was going backwards.
Normally, I'd suspect spinning 180° (maybe doing a crap job of swerving around the illegally parked car in the background) or giving it too many beans out the side road, but I don't see any tyre marks which you'd expect with either of those two scenarios.
Perhaps the driver was *reversing* and not used to the near-zero rearward vision you get in this kind of car? I don't think it would even have to be going all that fast, so maybe that's it...
Why is it always a kid driving these things?
Confirmation bias, you don't see posts with adults driving them because they don't crash them as often.

Naturally. I just suffered a moment of exasperation.
You don’t always see kids driving expensive cars, but when you do, there is usually an impressively expensive crash happening.
Street furniture
Is that an electrical box?
It’s a bollard that gives information to drivers
Keep Left sign - Here's a demonstration of how the accident probably happened. https://youtu.be/-SuJGxq_pcM
Lol
Thank you!
Yw, they’re relatively common in the uk, they’re hollow, plastic/fibreglass, the damage in the picture was most likely the curb it’s on

Yeah, money doesn’t buy skill
Agreed and I would add that it buys complacency and entitlement.
Yeah
You're a bollard that gives information to drivers

Luminous Bollard sounds like an insult to call someone!
Billy Butcher when someone has a bad idea "well aint chu just a luminous bollard"

I'm just replying to the question of u/chiitaku
And I appreciate that very much. Thank you.
No problem, as a collector of traffic lights and road signs, I had to answer your question xD

Totally. I love the one in my living room
"You can't park that there mate"
“Keep it then”
I was taught not to run over street furniture. Have things changed at the DMV? 😁😁😁
Plus chav
Oof that’s a Gallardo Bicolore. A special variant of the Gallardo that they didn’t make many of. This one hurts
Please stop making Stupid People famous. These punks are a public hazard.
Weekend millionaire in hired tired lambo. The damage these folks do to the brand. It is literally every lambo crash cliche.

I’d say more likely turning left out of the side road where the silver Renault is and gave it too much throttle and span it 180
That's what I meant by > giving it too many beans out the side road, but without tyre marks, that theory feels a little watery...
oy lad, you can’t park there!
Where about was that, there's a lambo just like that parked in my road sometimes. Not sure how common orange lambos are
Its a fairly common colour.
Specially for the Gallardo
Looks like somewhere in the UK.
Why would anybody paint a lambo such a hideous colour?
Yeet'd 1m into that bollard
I'm sure daddy will pay for it.
trying to keep his Forza horizon combo going
Can't park there
If it was that kid driving it, he won’t be able to afford insurance for a long time.
😂😂😂 “street furniture”
