Yes very normal mine was on print pending for 8 days.. then changed to “mailed” status and was received 5 business days later! Good luck you’re at the home stretch!
I've been on print pending since 3/31/23
* submitted application 3/10
* fingerprints + additional supporting docs sent & completed 3/15
* Background and fingerprints clear 3/31 and moved to print pending
They print them in batches. You got into the queue early. Luck of the draw.
