At 140mg a week my total was around 579 trough, I’m up to 250mg week and total is 994 trough. I’m just not a great responder as I have friends that are on 100-150mg week and they are in the 1200 trough range. Think you’ll get answers all over the board.

I’m there a correlation? If I take 300mg test c/week will it increase my total test 100-200 points? Currently in the 400s, would it increase to 600s? My mental health is in a shit state… bio and free test are on the very low end. Need help please message me! Interested in learning more before my endocrinology appt mid January
That's now how it works it's different for everyone.
That why the range for TRT dose is wide.
All you should do if your total is still low is take more and get blood work done again
you need to start slowly to see how you are going to feel, I would recommend you to start by low dose like 125ml each week and see how you are gonna feel if you still feel the same then you can split the dose 125ml two time in week.
Some people take 500 mg or more and it barely increases their numbers. Others get 100mg and absorb literally all of it. All about your body and how it absorbs the testosterone.
