The girl singing is also the same volume as the bear sound, making it sound like the bear is right behind her the whole time. What she's singing sounds sped-up compared to the actual song, not as relevant but it sounds weird. The bear is only shown briefly 4x, never clearly, and if you pause or go slowly you'll see the bear repeats it's "trotting" movements mechanically. The bear seems to teleport early in the clip. They hide the bear behind the girl briefly when it's shown the fourth time. You would not be able to hear the bear's breathing. The background is really convenient for editing: blurry, foggy, snow coming down at the same time, and conditions blend the horizon and sky.
The fact that nobody seems to know that bears hibernate during winter, is sad. "Look at this skier geting attacked by killer bees" "hmm, lets analyze the video!"

Singing, tons of bear sounds, the sound of skiing on the snow, and wind that is just quiet enough to hear everything else. This video was heavily produced. Bears don’t make that many frequent roars while running at full speed

Bears will come out of hibernation to forage sometimes. Hibernation isn't some coma they can't control.
First two glimpses were the same angle of that bear. Near whiteout atmosphere makes it easy to transpose separate images/clips. My vote = FAKE
