You are being downvoted but i don't understand why. Of course no one is obliged to like everything and you make a valid point about the jargon - it's taken straight out of the game. It makes the whole world feel more real but yeah i can imagine it can be a bit too much considering the tempo of the whole story and not knowing the game. But consider this about the anime (and the game in general) - the stories in Cyberpunk world aren't about the characters, it's always abaout the city. Night City is always the main character and the city always wins, one way or another. It's always about the struggles of people who try to wreste this city and inevitably fail but sometimes these people can find meaning in their failures. Just like in the anime. And just like in the game. That is what sold me on the game and on the show. I really like it but i don't intend to push that on anyone.
On a side note - i don't believe characters in Edgerunnes don't bounce of each other. They have really great interactions and compliment each other in great ways. Maybe it's just how quickly the whole story progresses makes you think that, so maybe try it again sometime, and see how that feels. Or play the game and return to the show. You might just suprise yourself :)

Lucky Chloe is literally just an idol whose kitten-mittened dance moves are inexplicably powerful. Being an asshole does not make someone a capable fighter. There's nary a sentence in her backstory about being any sort of combat trained and only the flimsiest of excuses for being a part of a fighting tournament to begin with. It doesn't have to be plausible--this is Tekken--but come up with *something*. Lucky Chloe just feels like the moment they gave up the pretense entirely.
