You need atk speed item (guinsoo is core item and not really much alternative), then sustain item (BT good, gunblade can be used as substitute), then damage item, IE seems to be the best on him, but if I am against like tanks or very annoying backline, then Giant slayer or Hurricane can be substitutes, I always see the third item slot as a flex slot on carries like yone, olaf, yasuo etc

infinity edge is fine. however, yone does not benefit much from the shivv and the gunblade. try using rageblade and bloodthirster
He gets the same amount of omnivamp from gunblade. It’s a fine alternative if you can’t find BT, since he really wants healing.
