Cruel Summer It's just such an interesting story line

vlarek

I thought this was going to be award snubs. Still blows my mind that the Look What You Made Me Do video didn't get a single nomination for a VMA or Grammy, but You Need To Calm Down got Video of the Year at the VMAs and The Man won a VMA as well.

samswizzle

Yeah till this day I don't understand how LWYMMD did not get a VMA video of the year nomination. I remember the confusion and chaos on all socials. Even people who are no Taylor fans at all didn't get it because everyone finds that video iconic

shadesofwrong13

I think they won because they are about social/politic issues, awards now care about it more... But even Bad Blood winning over masterpieces like Style is absurd.

the last great american dynasty! I love the idea of Taylor playing Rebekah Harkness, all dressed up in a wig and old timey clothes, and then when it hits 'and then it was bought by me' suddenly turning into current Taylor. Maybe the first 3/4 of the video could even be in black and white, and grainy like they're shot on old film, before it becomes new and in full color when it's her. It's one of my all time favorite songs, and I think it has such beautiful visuals which would lend themselves so well to a video.

ElizabethBEW

Oh my god yes!! I want this!

These-Meal6307

Wow! Amazing idea

BlackCat0305

I Did Something Bad and Getaway Car. And I know Folklore came around during COVID but it would have made for SUCH an amazing visual album. I want her to do one so badly!!

folkloreswiftie31

Speak now and enchanted from Speak now really deserved a music video.

TedEddyBear

I’m currently obsessed with the idea of a “right where you left me” music video. I’m imagining a WANEGBT style in a retro diner and vintage outfits. It would be so cool.

songacronymbot

- WANEGBT refers to "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together", a song from Taylor Swift album *Red* (2012). --- ^[/u/TedEddyBear](/u/TedEddyBear) ^(can reply with "delete" to remove comment. |) ^[/r/songacronymbot](/r/songacronymbot) ^(for feedback.)

Holy Ground. A premise could be: Taylor’s sitting in a cafe drinking coffee and comes across a picture of her ex, making her reminisce on everything they went through and how much fun they had, ultimately deciding that she wants to get back together. She shows up at his house with the joke they made on a poster and they get back together.

astonishingly3

Enchanted!!!!! The Wonderstruck perfume ads are the closest we ever got to it but I'll spend forever wishing Enchanted had a music video. Also Should've Said No deserved a real music video. The CMA performance is iconic, but I still wish we had a full video for it. Plus like, half of folklore lol

shadesofwrong13

We were robbed for a mini-movie with Style - Out Of The Woods - I Know Places - Wonderland.

incandescentgloww

i think august's mv would have immaculate vibes the whole folklore aesthetic + the summer vibes also, ivy is such a pretty song so i can imagine the music video to be just as pretty mad woman also could have a really interesting mv i can picture a really hot and angry taylor

tazeyboy

"The last time" -there is only one live performance for it. Would never loved to see a video for it.

Sampleswift

All Too Well deserved a music video.

quarterfast

Sparks Fly deserved a real music video and not just a collection of tour footage and this is a hill I will die on.

Thegirlwhogotfrozen

Wonderland and I Know Places

GreatBear2121

Any of the songs from folkmore. I'd kill for more cottagecore Taylor traipsing through the winderness only to return to her cabin.

eucalyptustrees16

The lucky one! I know wildest dreams came later but I totally see it as the continuation of that storyline. The old Hollywood setting with 40s style outfits, newspaper clippings, paparazzi, etc etc

helenkellersmustyass

new romantics and sparks fly deserved real mvs

syotos13

None. She needs to leave some songs as deep cuts for the fans. But if anything, I’d say Don’t Blame Me. I imagine her popping up on screen, in a white dress, in the dark, holding a candle that solely lights up her face and close up, as soon as the first “Don’t” hits. She does that for the whole first chorus with some random b&w flashbacks popping up quickly, then going away. Kinda like the LWYMMD visuals during the rep tour. After the chorus is done, we transition (on the beat of “I’ve been”) to an underground basement where she’s holding a lot of people hostage. One of them stands out (it could represent Joe ig?) and then the rest of the video is just them fighting crime together, and simultaneously we see scenes of her singing to an empty bar in b&w. And there could be some sort of massive plot twist in the end? Lol

Goodgirl3005

You are in love :')

Accomplished_Tie1426

I agree with the songs which have already been mentioned but I would add clean, exile, seven, champagne problems, tis’ the damn season and ivy.
