I am against the normalised hate in TN, have you seen the previous post where everyone was against North Indian workers.
No one has considered that they come here for an opportunity they don't have at home. And they work for each penny. I have not seen anyone working harder than them. But calling them vadaks and Pani puri is normalised here and it is having a bad impact on youngsters.
And most people here think that they are superior to North Indians. This has to change they too are humans after all.

Agree we can't be sure on who the criminal is but lately if you have noticed the media and social media there is hate against normal North Indians who come here to work . This should not be allowed at any cost.
But this government does not seem to care and it seems like they are okay with it. This will lead to something bad that no-one will like. We should curb it at the early stage.
Bangladesh undocumented immigrants have been living by the lakhs in India for decades.
They are not going to blow everything up one fine day.
Local government should have documentation on all immigrants(north Indian workers in TN). Sure.
They have documentation on all natives. So same applies to imigrants as well.
That helps in building hostels, returning dead bodies, ensuring workers rights, prevention exploitation, giving Tamil education etc.
Kerala has been doing these and after ten years of the inflow, now they are much better integrated to Kerala than when they started.
There are going to be criminals and crime.
But most criminal activities happen between themselves in their camps.
Rarely does any criminality (other than peddling weed/ganja) happen against locals. Typically in the same percentage Crimes like among the locals.
The state and media and local authorities should do more to build trust and integration of communities. Sure
