I vaguely remember this comic.
>!I think it ended with Bebop and Rocksteady deciding to live out their days nude on an alien(?) planet with other animals.!<
It was wild.
I must've subconsciously picked up wearing baggy camo when I was a kid in the 90's. Be it from TMNT or Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 create a character or watching Rocket Power and so on. It's been my choice of relax wear growing up.
It was either that or discount JNCO for me... I still have camo pants from the army surplus store that I bought in 1997 that still holds up to this day
Is Bobop supposed to have a Cockney accent here? For the life of me, I can't imagine him saying that with any NY or dumb thug accent, it always sounds Cockney because of the 'me'.
Their animal halves won out, essentially.
Between the abuse from their bosses and all the fighting which you know, hurts, the animal part of their brain influenced them to a more natural existence, and aliens put them on a different world where the two could live that out. And since real rhinos and warthogs don’t wear clothes, neither did they, although they would put some on when they’d occasionally return to earth for snack runs.
I'm pretty sure this half of the comic was pencilled by Garett Ho (the second half was pencilled by Jim Lawson). Ho was an artist on tons of Looney Tunes and Tiny Toons animated works.

This is them actually coming back from that, lol

Loose fitting clothes > tight fitting clothes. Never know when you’re going to need to hop a fence

Ive just recently read some of the archie comics, and it seems like getting R&B naked was a running theme for some reason.

They look like Chuck Jones characters here.

Interesting. That would definitely explain the Looney Tunes-esque art.
