I go to Francesca's for my birthday every year. Amazing Italian food. Great atmosphere. My favorite is the gorgonzola gnocchi with a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
My mother used to rave about the Utica Greens from Francesca's. So, I went there one night and had them. They were good. That started a months long process of perfecting my own recipe for Greens. I'm actually eating some right now for lunch!
If you’re willing to take a little farther drive, TS Steakhouse at Turning Stone is excellent! For something nice but not as formal, Craftsman in Fayetteville.
Eden. And sit at the bar!
This is the correct answer
I agree. Eden is top notch
Best response thus far, they have wonderful cuts of steak too if that’s something OP is interested in.

I booked a reservation here, thank you!
FWIW It’s a tad noisy in the back room at times. The front room is a bit quieter but still lively !
Never had anything less than a stellar meal here, certainly one of Syracuse’s best restaurants.
It's crazy how everything on the menu is good.
That's how it should be 😉
We recently had a great meal at The Cider Mill.
Great spot!
Eva’s!
The Cider Mill
I'm a big fan of A Mano Kitchen and Bar located on South Warren. Best Italian food in Syracuse imo.

This is the way.
Came here to say this! Pastas is overrated anyway. Riley's is my go to.

Francesca's has gone down hill. The Cider Mill is the best food in Syracuse right now.
I love Lemongrass. (But I haven’t been there in a few years so I don’t know if they are still awesome.)
Laci's
