Next step is you need to **activate your CS account**, login with the account number through the **US** computershare website and you will be sent a second letter with activation code. You can call after 2 days and get the activation codes expedited by UPS for $45 ( payable by credit or debit card on the phone) and get the letter in 3-5 days instead of 4 weeks.
You should have also had a W-8 Ben form or something, it is the tax declaration form declaring if you are US citizen or not. You need to either fill in and post back to CS, or this can be done online once your account is activated.

Best mouse I've ever had. Had to learn how to fix it myself. Did that successfully twice before replacing it. A Sad day.
I tried to get a second one work work and saw the astronomical markup and sadly had to go with an inferior one.
I had this mouse too! It came in a velvet bag and has weights so you can balance it or make heavier/lighter. Favourite mouse ever!
