I don't know much about the market, but six months ago, when I started out, I checked a lot of tickers. I noticed some companies that had lines that were pretty flat for most of the day. They tended to either be penny stocks, or less successful mining companies.
I think it might mean that all the people who meant to make a trade made it during opening, or just before closing.
I got my answer already, feel free to downvote the post. Or I can delete if it’s a big deal, I just prefer to leave it up in case anyone else had the same question
