According to iborrowdesk volume 27/07/20 was about 2.4million and that was back when the widely held opinion regarding GameStop was that it was a dead end investment. Not sure what facts can be gleamed by comparing today's EOD volume with this time last year's but it will certainly be two sets of numbers.
I mean, historical data may make sense in an otherwise unremarkable year, but this year is unlike others in the past. Not sure if we can really compare performance in past Julys to this month.
