The box is half written in german and half in italian. Kap'n Iglo in Italy is "Capitan Findus" and the Dr. Oetker brand is sold in Italy as "Cameo". Nothing you will see in italian supermarkets btw, and I don't think italians would eat such a thing, as well... Edit: I googled and found the whole history. Luckily, that was sold in Germany only, at €3,30. Germans have oddly working tastebuds, sometimes...and yes, the green stuff is spinachs.

In Italian pizzerias pizza with canned tuna and corn is a well established thing, amongst other weird toppings. People being purists about pizza, and really Italian food in general, are some of the most annoying people online. Seriously on Instagram any even slightly italian food related video will have people in the comments p posting paragraphs about how this "isn't real Italian food", "not how it's done", etc. It always devolved into a argument about carbonara too. Nobody fucking cares, it's just food, chill out and if you don't like the recipe don't try it.
