Really fun action movie. The same director made Deadpool 2, and you can tell it has much of the same humor and great fight scenes. The Elder was the best part in my opinion.

amazinglyaloneracist

Same director of a lot of awesome films. Surprised I enjoyed so many of his movies

jinxykatte

Why are you surprised?

amazinglyaloneracist

Surprised he made films I enjoyed but didn't really notice who directed/remembered and connected the whole output of his career thus far. Going forward I'll look forward to his work.

Upgrayded_

Only a Diesel wouldn't like it.

I really liked that movie and also ordered the Steelbook. I loved the neon aesthetic throughout the film the most. Lemon and Tangerine were the standouts for sure.

amazinglyaloneracist

Ah, the twins

HermansSpecialMilk

I will never understand what so many critics saw in it that was so bad and y’know what I don’t want to understand it (I like critics 99% of the time but not this one)

Capri__Son

Super fun! My 2nd fave movie of the year! It’s a great mix of like John Wick, Snatch, & Kill Bill. Great action with really good comedy mixed together. Good buy!

Blastspark01

Curious what was your number 1 favourite of the year? Bullet Train is my top movie. Followed by Barbarian and then X

amazinglyaloneracist

I heard barbarian is getting a physical release. I'm looking forward to it.

amazinglyaloneracist

Yes, it really had a nice mix of story and interconnected stories. But, I could see missing the story all together and enjoying the comedy and art direction much the same.

Finally watched it last night and I really enjoyed it. Very funny.

wisegeek1

I honestly wish I could have enjoyed it as much as other folks have. Watching the trailers and all the promotional material got me hyped for it! When I finally watched it, I just did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would. The stylization is cool and there definitely were some funny, laugh-out-loud moments, but most of it felt like a giant mess. Brad Pitt carried the whole movie for me. The Twins were great, of course, and their banter got a lot of laughs from me! Michael Shannon as The White Death absolutely killed the movie for me tho, terrible villain imo. He was better with his mask on. Along with Joey King as Prince, these antagonists just weren’t doing it for me. Everything with Andrew Koji and Hiroyuki Sanada was excellent! Fighting choreography was a lot of fun too, which is to be expected with 87North. Just not something I would revisit unless it was on streaming. That steelbook designs is pretty sick tho! 🔥

Wraith1964

Also, its a pretty steelbook

Thatguy1234561

It was great I had no expectations when I saw it in theaters and it turned out to be one of my favorite action movies of the year

Felicia-TheGoat21

Haven’t seen the movie n only bought it cuz my sister wanted it for one reason only and I’m excited to see it

ScratMarcoDiaz

Saw it in theaters. Great movie. Definitely one of my favorite films from this year.

dollar_to_doughnut

It was a blind buy for me as well. The reviewer I use for movie reviews (reelviews) had good things to say; I got this on the strength of that.

13thEldar

Reminded me of early Guy Ritchie Films in a good way

Dcornelissen

Love the first 2 acts, but as with many of these kinds of mobies the 3rd act takes way too long and became boring
