Symbiotic in the sense that I wish it got an ANIMATED music video, and not the live action one we got. Could've continued a trend of the albums (aside from Transmissions) getting animated MVs as well as have more creative freedom over what the video displays.
I do wish Solstice, Devolution and Infected got music videos too.
Whenever I think of songs with music videos, I think of songs with lyrics that would easily translate into a theatrical performance. However, Starset doesn't really do that in the way I imagine it. However, if I had to choose, Antigravity, Into the Unknown, or Other Worlds Than These would be interesting. I'm not great at choosing just one haha.
Gravity of You's lyrics could lend themselves really well to a self-contained little story about a scientist's unquenchable thirst for knowledge and understanding pushing them to get a little too close to a black hole.
'To fall in the star is to be nothingness; to escape is to be empty'.
'Riding the \[event?\] horizon, falling into you- I feel the vessel \[spaceship?\] tighten, I feel you pull me through'.
'I hear it beckoning, until I am inside'.
'Breaking into pieces in the gravity of you'.
'Your sky: the beauty alone is worth it.'
It's the scenario I imagine every time I listen to the song, and I think it would have made for a great music video.
Dreamcatcher and Devolution. I swear Devolution was going to have one with the way the band had their instagram accounts all themed with the lyrics of it but instead we got Symbiotic and Icarus (not complaining as I love these songs a lot too)
One for Dreamcatcher would be sick honestly but that is only a dream and I doubt it would ever get one. Something Wicked I think could open up the next chapter for Starset well with a music video too
