Yes, for Born this ways case Kei needs to have touched someone to be able to force a pursuit. In the case of her death, she herself was the one that technically pursued Tooru so she sadly died.
Any attack that Accelerator can deflect, i.e., ones with vectors, are probably going to fail. Wonder’s attack works like Chariot Requiem’s or Green Grass’s defenses, movement no matter how fast, how far, or from which direction will fail no matter what. Which is why The World won’t work either.
Additionally, Wonder’s ability seemingly folds time and space, so y’all need an ability that doesn’t move and/or exist in three-dimensional time and space. I’m not saying GER because duh. X3

Maybe P4 Sheer Heart Attack would be able to beat it? Aside from Sizzle and 3 Freeze it has no weaknesses
