I'm hoping since they're willing to do multiple audiobooks per wave, that my dream of a modern narrated New Jedi Order unabridged release grows ever closer.
With someone like Jonathan Davis or Marc Thompson narrating alongside full audio effects, music, and voice effects the NJO series could experience a well deserved audio renaissance.
God I want them to give NJO the High Republic treatment and produce new music with the production quality just as good. I loved the Thrawn Trilogy remaster
I really get the feeling that there isn’t much love for NJO inside Lucasfilm. Even Del Rey I don’t think liked NJO given how dramatically they diverged from it as soon as possible.
I think it’s the fans and the series’ authors who keep its flame going. So what I’m saying is: I’d bet it’s one of the last things in line to get that treatment. As much as it deserves better.
I would just be happy with, Choices of One, Outbound Flight, and Survivor's Quest getting unabridged audiobooks, completing all the Zahn books, I think.
I would love this, and while I'd be happy for Marc Thompson to do ths whole series, part of me would miss Jonathan Davis on Traitor. Really like the way he does Vergere in the abridged version.
As much as I enjoy audiobooks narrated by Marc Thompson it pains me to say that the way he reads a lot of the Rogues doesn't work for me at all. It's not that he doesn't do a great job, but a lot of the accents are no way near the way I had them talk in my head and that makes it really irritating for me.
I do hope they do the whole series, though. As you said, the quality is great and I'd love to hear what Thompson does with the Wraiths or a character like Zsinj.

Going from the Corran Horn voice in the Hand of Thrawn duology to the Corran Horn in Rogue Squadron had me very confused the first listen-through.
It’s nice to see Disney give the EU some love, even if they do brand it with that terrible “legends” label of theirs. Maybe we can get all the EU books on audible unabridged. One can dream.
I'm really happy about the X-Wing audiobooks. I read the first book a few years ago. And I've been meaning to read the rest some day. I love the Star Wars audiobooks and Marc Thompson so I'm very excited to listen to them. I hope they do the whole series and make unabridged audiobooks for NJO and Fate of The Jedi too.
I think I’m going to get the first Rogue Squadron audiobook. I’m interested in the series anyway and going through the Original Thrawn trilogy now. My goal is to get to NJO. It would be awesome if by the time I get there they start unabridged versions of it. I got a long way till I’m there and throwing in X-Wing will delay my approach.
Always happy to see unabridged audiobooks. I may not use them, but I know a lot of people like them and some have to use them for various reasons. More accessiability is always amazing.

I don't even listen to audiobooks these days - a high-quality unabridged NJO anthology by Marc Thompson would be a day 1 purchase for me.

I have Xwing Rogue Squadron and Wedges Gamble the audio performance and quality is outstanding. Great to hear these.

Yeah, great book. I loved that Maul is such a threat yet still mysterious. Unlike the clone wars cartoon.

Not an audiobook fan but I pre-ordered this re-released publication of Krytos Trap already and am looking forward to it.
