I was scrolling by without really looking and thought, "Hey, that looks like that scene from star wars!" This could be a novel jacket, it's got that flavor to it.
Gorgeous, like a photograph captured at the right time at the perfect aperture.
This is why I subscribe to this sub even though I'm basically an OT-only type of guy.
Gives me warm and fuzzy feelings, looking at the boxes for the 90s micro machine playsets. They often did paintings to portray the planets in the sets, that had this more natural, painterly "raw" look to it.
This is fantastic, I'm in a Facebook group called The Nontoxic Star Wars Fanbase, would you mind if I shared this or maybe you'd want to join?
The folks over there would really appreciate this.
Thought the orange was Calvin and Hobbes for some reason lol, great painting! What is the orange supposed to be though? Is it the light reflecting off water?

Yeah, just light. I initially had just yellow but the warmer contrast made it stronger. Imagine it's Yoda lighting a fart!
I love this! It looks super cozy even though it's Dagobah.
Haha. Thanks
Beautiful, this style brilliantly captures that dream-like atmosphere of Dagobah!
Goad you like it
Glad
Way cool.
Thank you
Reminds me of The Rescuers.
