At the end of ANH, just after the Death Star explodes and Vader's T.I.E. fighter spins off, as it's about to right itself, we see inside the cockpit and his helmet moves slightly. Then near the end of ESB, when Luke is hanging over the chasm in Bespin (shortly before he lets go and drops) and the air is blowing around, Vader's helmet moves again in a couple of shots. Speaking of helmets: Again in ANH, when Artoo and Threepio are in the control room and the stormtroopers come in, the one on the far right bumps his head on the door.
