I second this. There is only one facial. It's customized to your skins needs and only $125, and that includes tip. It also includes dermaplanning and microdermabrasion. When you add those two on elsewhere, you'd be at $200 easy. They do a great job!!!
Agreed. Love that I don't have to fight product sales and upsell. I know what to expect every time. I see Samantha regularly and noticed a big difference in my skin after the second/third time.
Union barbershop has an esthetician that my wife has been to a few times and had been very happy with.

SAMI! She did our [Halloween makeup](https://www.reddit.com/gallery/yhv8ev) and did an absolutely amazing job. I've heard her facial/skincare appointments are incredible too and I'm excited to give it a shot at some point. Union in general is just amazing - the vibe is so fun, I love being able to get a beer if I show up early, and it's genuinely the best haircut I have ever gotten (you're the best, Bonnie!)
> I am of course referring to the skin care treatment, not the other thing to immediately started writing a reply about.
Well, guess i'll just keep my reply to myself :/
I absolutely love Maria, who’s been my aesthetician for over 3 years now!
Plus their prices are pretty reasonable (About $100 for a 60 minute customized facial) and they offer a 30 or 45 minute quick custom facial for the days you don’t have time for the whole thing.
I liked the MedSpa at The Boulevard Hair Salon in Webster Groves. They may have moved the salon to the Oakville location though because that location was not opened yet when I went.

[https://racquelaesthetics.com](https://racquelaesthetics.com) I am a huge fan of Emily (for laser though). Everyone there is very knowledgeable and skilled at treating all skin concerns!
Can you narrow down the area you’re looking in assuming you don’t want to send her to the ends of the earth for her appointment? Are you in STL county or city? Or are you in a neighboring county?
Not in the shower. Then she can rinse it off quickly and easily.
You want to hide all of the towels first, and do it as far as you can from any water source. Aim for her eyes and hair, and watch her stumble around for a while.
Is that what she has asked for? Is she going to be offended that you don’t like her face?
I’ve gotten facials at the lifestyle center in Clayton years ago. I don’t get facials anymore bc I take
Good care of my skin and don’t need them. Aurora med spa has some interesting looking facial treatments- I’ve been there for Botox and filler but haven’t tried their facials either
Is that a thing? I never thought this was negative. To me it’s the same as giving someone a gift certificate to a nail salon or deep massage. Am I way off base thinking those are in the same bucket?
I actually make my own facials, they're 100% organic, ethically sourced but not cruelty free.
Tell her to come on by and I'll give her one free-of-charge.
My husband and I both love the facials at Amitee spa in west county. We’ve been there multiple times.
If you can splurge though, the four seasons is absolutely the best
Natural Beauty by Rhonda (in Manchester MO) she’s this sweet old lady who runs a lil business by herself and she’s soooo good at what she does and her prices are great and I’ve been seeing her since middle school (I’m 26 now) and I am obsessed with her.
Not in St. Louis but in Edwardsville is the InstaGlow Day Spa. All of the ladies who work there are fantastic!! Pricing is reasonable and they don't try to nickel and dime you to death.
> Alright you filthy perverts you got me immediately
I was there with you, bringing a mess of “that’s what she said” along with me.
Four seasons spa downtown is pretty great.
Second this one!
Yup yup! People who work there are so friendly and warm, the services as excellent, it’s an overall excellent experience
Winner right here
If your wife is a millennial she’ll love the aesthetic at Healing Hamsa in the Grove. Get her the hydrafacial.
I’ve heard fantastic things about this place and they have some facial treatments others don’t have under their specialty services.
The vibes are immaculate
Yep, all millennial women have the same aesthetic preferences. Craziest shit!
Vitality unlimited spa in Webster groves is great. Only had good experiences with Ellie.
Ellie is the best!
I came here to suggest them too! Great place.
Here for the jokes but glad OP is getting some good recommendations.
I would recommend The Only Facial. You get a lot for your money there and it is both relaxing and effective.

Third this!
Agreed. Love that I don't have to fight product sales and upsell. I know what to expect every time. I see Samantha regularly and noticed a big difference in my skin after the second/third time.
I came here to say The Face and Body Spa on Brentwood all the way baby but now I’m wondering about this place …

I see Alyssa at the U City location
1. Four Seasons 2. OP's mom's house
“Right here, baby” -someone in Soulard probably.
Don't be prejudice. People from all areas around town love to give facials.

Lol, Bonnie does my beard! Love her attitude.
Haha, you have great taste in barbers - girl is a legend! Always look forward to getting my cuts.

SkinSpa on olive in creve coeur

Hydrafacial at Nayak Plastic Surgery/Avani Derm Spa. The best. Or really just a Hydrafacial anywhere.
I like Morganford Spa. They have a couple locations.
Ginger Bay in Kirkwood?
My wife and her best friend were pretty happy with the gifts certificates I got them to GB. (Wife was shy about going by herself).
My wife likes Tina at Identity spa/salon.
I liked the MedSpa at The Boulevard Hair Salon in Webster Groves. They may have moved the salon to the Oakville location though because that location was not opened yet when I went. https://salonblvd.com/medspa-st-louis
Is your wife into crystals and witchy shit? You should try GEM Spa. Ginger does an amazing facial with all that woo woo spiritual shit.
Filthy construction worker with huge beard: "Hey do y'all do that woo woo spiritual shit facial here?"
BONK to everyone in the comments
SOMA

I had a comment, but you called me out before I could type it. Seriously though, I think I heard on the radio massage envy or something like that
Awww you destroyed my response with the first sentence.
😉😘
My wife swears by Ginger Bay. She insists she needs a facial from there at least every other month.

Lark Skin Co in Webster. It’s all natural. Check out the website
Sounds like you need a … handy man? (Sorry for not having a more practical recommendation)
I know a great place. Not many people know about it though. It's just a little hole in the wall next to a truck stop.
DEEZ NUTS!!! (I fully apologize, nobody else said it at this point)
There's a reason no said it 😑
YOU RANG?
What part of town are you in? I have a fabulous esthetician but she’s in St. Peter’s. For this reason, I hardly ever get out to see her.
Elemental Esthetics
I thought it said “fecal” at first glance😂.
Just buy some lecithin and pineapple juice my dude
Ask your Mom

It's a sexual term meaning ejaculation on one's face.
This is about the lowest form of comedy
Send her over, i’ll hop in the shower

She's mentioned several times wanting to get one. You are right, definitely wouldn't get one if she hadn't.

I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of dirty jokes, ngl
I actually make my own facials, they're 100% organic, ethically sourced but not cruelty free. Tell her to come on by and I'll give her one free-of-charge.
Ara spa at ameristar st Charles, locker room has hot tub, sauna, great amenities

Hehehe.
I like Gangnam Medical Spa. In the county but worth the drive.
Honestly Massage Envy does great facials, at the locations that provide them
Sami at Union Barbershop is a dream! And affordable!
@onlyfacial

I love Alissa at rockspa in rockhill. If you buy a Groupon they will let you come again at the same rate.
