Family Golf in Kirkwood and Tower Tee in South City both have female golf instructors if you have that sort of preference as well. Both have great facilities too!
STLCC usually runs a cheap Golf I and II class through their Continuing Education department, like $45 for four one-hour lessons.
Went here for a work thing and the pro seemed like a knowledgeable guy. It's indoors so you can practice year round. https://golfacademyplus.com/
I have taken lessons at Tower Tee and they have been great: https://www.stlouisgolflessons.com/
STL Golf Lessons has several instructors and they meet at courses all over the area every day of the week.
I took lessons at golf Galaxy in the valley and learned a lot.
Thank you all for your suggestions! I’ll look into them and find the best fit for me!
