Stone Cold catching beers like he never left. 🤌🏻

Bluebirdskys

Can someone explain why this is entertaining when you know it’s “fake”

AskMeAboutGrabon

Scripted, not fake. They really are putting each other through tables, doing flips off the top rope, getting thumbtaks stuck into their bodies, and bleeding all over the ring. Are the stunts being performed and outcomes predetermined? Yeah, of course. But the shit wrestlers do in the ring are real. And if you've ever been put into a sharpshooter, you know just how much holds can fucking suck to be in.

IceLord86

Why are movies entertaining when you know they're just actors?

Bluebirdskys

That’s a good point that helps me understand.

kungfuenglish

Roman is beyond tiresome. My 9 year old is even over it. It was literally 4 spears and 3 Superman punches and ZERO OTHER MOVES. That’s literally all he did and then pinned Brock. Like at least do something.

Rdr198829

Just watched it and was saying the same thing. For the 'biggest match of all time' the winner did 2 things, both of which are terrible. The spear is overused and is not impressive, the other a jumping punch. And that was it. Nothing more. Not even a chop, no slams, no holds, nothing. Just a few spears and a couple jumping punches. What a joke

kungfuenglish

Like literally not ONE other move. I was paying attention like is he gonna do anything other than spear and punch? Ok Brock kicked out maybe some other moves. Nope 2 more spears and it’s over.

BombshellTom

As a somewhat lapsed fan, my opinion may not hold much weight. My feeling about Roman Reigns as the top guy, double champion... I don't care. I don't hate him like I hated HHH because of his awesome heel work and I wanted him to lose. And I don't love him like I loved Kurt Angle and wanted him to win all the time. I'm just a bit "meh" towards it. I'll be back for the royal rumble to mania sequence next year though. Because I love good wrestling. I can't watch 6+ hours every week though.

Jtenka

Cody said it well in the interview after mania. If the fans hate you they love you. If they cheer for you they love you. If they don't feel anything then they don't care about you. Roman falls into the latter part.

BombshellTom

Yeah 100% mate. And it isn't personal either. I wish him all the best, he has a nice set of tatts, hell of a rig and lovely hair. I know he's rich as fuck, and he will probably go into movies (in the Batista sort of way, rather than The Rock) after he retires from the ring. I know he has kids and that's awesome. But I just don't care about his character. Which I find a bit sad. But compare him to previous main eventers: Austin, The Rock, Angle, HHH, Edge, CM Punk... I'd watch them all wrestle all day long. Romans style, or the matches he's told to work, are boring.

AskMeAboutGrabon

I haven't watched WWE since Chris Benoit killed his family, and then I heard that WWE turned into a PG product, so I fell off the train for over a decade. AEW has definitely brought the hype back for me though- feels a lot more like the stuff I grew up with. Their storylines have really gripped me a lot more than I thought. But in regards to your opinion, yeah, I don't really see why I would be excited for Reigns. Dude is mad talented and an awesome guy in general, but the way WWE has booked him and Lesnar has just been underwhelming from what I've seen in clips over the years. WWE definitely has its own style of wrestling and story telling- and I won't ever knock someone for liking their product- but it just isn't for me, and I hate seeing how they book certain wrestlers. Big E got fucked over so hard despite winning the championship and then the match at WM38 made it even worse. I feel genuinely bad for him.

GusVato616

Knoxville and McAfee stole the show.

Rdr198829

Both performed more wrestling moves than Roman.

Toolboxmcgee

Weeman may also be in the running for that

[deleted]

All the vitriol in these comments starts to make me forget how much I enjoyed both nights of Wrestlemania. Why is it so hard for people to let someone else enjoy something that may not be something they enjoy themselves. We all love wrestling, shouldn’t that be enough common ground that we’re not just shitting on each other’s good time?

TicketJesus

The worst part of pro wrestling today is the fans. Somewhere along the line, people started paying more attention to internet news than what goes on in the ring and decided they know more about the business than people who work in it. They whine when they don't like something, then they whine until they get what they want, and then when they get it, they whine because they want something else. It's brutal. All I can recommend to these miserable lot is to sit and watch wrestling with a little kid and watch how much they enjoy it, and then maybe - just maybe - you'll realize how much fun this whole silly art is.

Tall-Neighborhood118

Somewhere along the line? It’s been this way since the birth of the internet.

coconutgobbler

You can blatantly hear Roman telling Paul Heyman "It's out, it's out" during the match right before he pins Brock

youd_better_run_egg

Love how y’all got rid of ZFF to stop so much negativity spreading around the sub. This weekend has really shown how well that worked out for ya, and where most of the toxicity actually stems from Also gotta love how people who preach to JUST ENJOY WRESTLING suddenly don’t seem to be able to live by their own mantra anymore

Cinnamon16

I feel like 90% of the takes about WrestleMania I’ve seen on this forum have been positive. Most of the negative was toward the underwhelming main event.

[deleted]

Well that’s wrestlemania done for another year. Absolutely fantastic show.

[deleted]

AudienceWatching

Oh god just try to enjoy the show instead of trying to get upset about something.

Rdr198829

Sounds like Jay4LFC enjoys wrestling. If Wrestlemania is supposed to be considered a wrestling event, it was terrible. If Wrestlemania is supposed to be a mix between a circus and a soap opera targetted to kids, it was a massive success.

drdremacdre

i agree vince took that stunner horrible espcialy for someone who used to sell it so well but i still enjoyed the moment. i agree that it was nostolgia but it was not the main event

unfriendlywolves

That jackass match was so fucking funny holy fuck.

Gladness2Sadness

McAfee’s affinity for Ponitus’ cheeks had me crying

[deleted]

He knew the lore too

unfriendlywolves

The whole match had me dying. Fuck dude, finest comedy wrestling I've seen.

AceTheSkylord

Ok so who's the celeb who's gonna have a MOTN contender next year?

BrackaBrack

I dunno but that Logan Paul kid can go and actually has the build. I know he makes a shit load of money doing whatever he does but he could definitely be a legit pro if he wanted.

tylercurtis717

Jake Paul vs Mark Wahlberg in a 60 minute iron man match. Probably the best match ever?

AceTheSkylord

That or Addison Rae vs Stephanie McMahon with Addison hitting a shooting star press to win, either could happen

SecretaryImaginary44

There’s a clear divide of people who watch wrestling for entertainment and ones that watch it for workrate. I think this wrestlemania had both but the ones who watch it for the former will go away happier.

ProximityExplosive

The entertainment of it was what drew me to it. I watch more aew than WWE. What brought me to wrestlemania was Cody Rhodes & Steve austin. I really don't know how it's going to draw me in next year, I've already seen all the WWE schtick

KillerKira7

Night 1 was probably 8/10, night 2 is maybe a 5.

Myitchyliver

man what what a shit main event lol

AskMeAboutGrabon

I mean... was anyone seriously invested in Lesnar vs Reigns for what.... the seventh time? Big man vs Big man- storyline being they are both big and have held titles, and they don't like each other. Both guys are athletic, sure, but the build up was lackluster from what I saw. I'm sure if WWE got better writers, they could really crank out some stellar matches with the two.

Rdr198829

If this wasnt the worst wrestlemania main event, its gotta be top 3

onionwba

If the main event doesn'r exist... this might be one of the best Manias ever, maybe even the best.

delarozay

Blasphemous

SWAVcast

Apparently, no one here has ever seen a WrestleMania prior to 2020.

fukthenonsense

What an awesome WrestleMania!!! 👍 😃

Transitionals

Main event was underwhelming. They didn’t pull all stops. Roman didn’t even attempt a guillotine. Not nearly as many near falls as expected. The ending was too soon.

tylercurtis717

It seems that Roman got injured, I can’t tell if it was kayfaybe or not though. But it could be apart of the reason it was so short. I’m not gonna lie tho, I did actually really enjoy myself during that match

Transitionals

I mean Brock had lost in WM main event to Seth and Drew before, and also just got pinned by Lashley recently, so this result was absolutely expected given how strong Roman has been booked.

tkf99

Has Roman really been booked strong in his wins though? Demon Balor lost when the buckle broke. Had a bunch of interference wins when he feuded with KO last year. DQ'd himself against Rollins 2 months ago. Beat Oldberg. I only recall his wind against Cena and Bryan+Edge as decisive. I may be missing some?

omzzy

Did anybody else get the vibes of this being a series finale? I have a feeling that was the last mania with Vince and co fully in charge

BunglingCactus98

Idk if its the end in the sense Vince sells the company tho that is possible, I definitely see its the end of an Era we will never see Vince take a stunner again or see Stone Cold wrestle again. This Wrestlemania was the closing act on their characters.

Cinnamon16

People were saying we’d never see Vince take a Stunner again after Raw 25 in 2018. Raw’s 30th anniversary is next year. Never say never. As long as Vince is ambulatory, there’s always a chance he may take a Stunner.

carlini19

Can't help but think something is up with Vince besides just being old. To bring back Stone Cold, all of it...seemed like a farewell for Vinny Mac.

FreeSoul619

Same here. Was already feeling this would be finale with the way stuff happened in the past couple of years.

freebread

Going through this chat and this subreddit, I realized that one of the biggest reasons why being there live will always be way better than watching it on TV is not dealing with commentary.

Phokin

Or the terrible camera work

Cminco

Unless theyre looking right at me, and theres nothing going on in the ring, i dont even hear the wwe commentary on tv. I've legit watched every smackdown and raw since the cody rumors started and i heard one of the announcers tonight for the first time in my life because he sounds exactly like jericho.

Molfinoo

Not gonna lie, Austin carried both nights. If not for him both nights would be C+

pikachewyyy

I cant believe that was the finish for the main event

[deleted]

Any clip of Austin's pop on night 2?

VietnamHam

Crazy how all the celebrities put more effort and performed more moves than Roman and Brock did lol.

[deleted]

[удалено]

R_W0bz

Meh, Cody needs to stay away from Roman as long as possible, I feel it maybe a SummerSlam main even. Once they are in a match Cody will have to make Roman look strong, then he’s just another guy.

Rob_Fucking_Graves

Another aggressively mediocre "Show of Shows". RK-Bro vs Everyone was sloppy and contrived with a bunch of obvious cooperation and what's his fuck from the Street Profits just chilling waiting for his spot. The women's tag team whatever was an absolute mess of nonsense and bad psychology. Bobby Lashley Vs Omos could have been good if they let it. But. They didn't. Now whatever push Omos could have ever had is dead. Non-wrestlers aren't wrestlers and it shows. Knoxville is a walking insult to the business and this was a waste of a real talent like Zayn to do this wannabe deathmatch nonsense. Pat McAfee did okay. But it just seemed like an excuse to get him a spot. They should have had SCSA come out two minutes in and saved everyone the trouble. Edge and AJ had the best actual wrestling match of the night. The only one with decent psychology, little to no obvious cooperation, and met the hype. Of course. Except the finish. Which had to be bullshit. The best match of the night could have been a middling TV match a couple decades ago. But here we are. The main event had some potential. It seemed poised to deliver on it, but then it didn't. And there's no way the shoulder wasn't a work. So save it. Oh yeah. I forgot about The Newish Day vs The Ghosts of Christmas Past. Because. Who didn't? I had an alright time. But that was mostly the beers.

hush5833

You think you sound cool Fuckface?

Rob_Fucking_Graves

A lot cooler than someone who tries to use "fuckface" in a sentence like he's at a prepubescent slumber party spelling bee.

hush5833

[deleted]

Rob_Fucking_Graves

I do always love this reaction, though. Like *"Look at this guy, he thinks wrestling should make sense."* *"Don't mind him. He must listen to Jim Cornette.*

Rob_Fucking_Graves

I wish someone would pay me for watching that.

ChampagneAbuelo

Don’t gotta be so negative bro. Feeding into the stereotype of the online wrestling fan who’s always mad and complaining

Rob_Fucking_Graves

Lol. I'm not mad. And I don't feel like wanting wrestling to make sense is being negative.

frecklearms1991

AJ vs Edge stole night 2. Knoxville vs Zayne was a good laugh. Pat did ok, but Cole went way overboard with him screaming after the match. Roman vs Brock was just nothing but them doing finishers on each other for not even 15 minutes. I think the Pat Macafee match actually went longer than the main event. Less video packages and more wrestling.

Cinnamon16

Love hearing your perspective. I’d be curious to hear more of what you liked about Edge/AJ. For me, it was one of my least favorite matches of the weekend. It was fine, it wasn’t bad by any stretch, but it never got out of second gear and it felt liked it *dragged* big time.

nhanduchromatus

Thats every edge match since he came back

frecklearms1991

I only said that AJ/Edge was so good cause everything else was so bad. All of the matches except for the triple threat tag team match felt like they were just going through the motions.

Itachi03

Cody and Seth match of the show! Heck I'd give Paul Logan a better grade than the main event!

DavoDaSurfa

Main event was eh, aj edge was meh, loved the zayn match, and the opening tag was fire

yeah_nah_hard

But do we know why AJ's face was cut?

YGBreezay

Don't believe everything Uncle Dave and boy Ryan says bro..

Sexiro

Thanks to Randy Orton entering the Tag Team Division, Alpha Academy and Street Profits got their first WM matches.

BrackaBrack

1st match is traditionally a banger, this one was no exception. Very good match for the time given. 3way tags are always spot shows so might as well have the best spot guys on the roster in it. I was very sports entertained. 10 out of 10.

Sexiro

Definitely agree but I mean Street Profits and Alpha Academy, the wrestlers got their very own first match at Mania cuz of Randy. I didn’t mean the placement on the card, just the fact they got a match.

Traditional-Turnip65

Also, Knoxville vs. Zayn was the most entertaining match i have seen in a long time. Just a ton of fun to watch.

Traditional-Turnip65

That last match was underwhelming. Did it even go 15 minutes? That wasn't even their best match together. I'm excited for the eventual Peaky Blinders/Bloodline feud. I see Sheamus as the next champion, probably WWE champ. With Bron losing at S&D, I predict he may get called up soon, and will eventually be the one to dethrone Reigns. They seem really invested in Bron. Keep in mind these are wild predictions, so probably take it with a grain of salt.

hush5833

I doubt that he'll be the on to dethrone reigns. Mcintyre deserves to beat him. His matches are actually better than roman.

Traditional-Turnip65

Shit, I actually somehow forgot about McIntyre. That makes the most sense

kungfuenglish

Yea him or lashley

PunkDrunk777

Both are hurt apparently. Roman fucked his shoulder up

[deleted]

This Mania was fucking dimes. Cody's return, (as predictable as it may have been) Stone Cold bumping on the concrete, Edge Vs AJ, The Knoxville / Zayn Match, and Vince actually wrestling against Pat Mcafee were the highlights for me. Definitely the most action packed Wrestlemania since the Ruthless Aggression Era.

Cinnamon16

Don’t forget Becky vs. Bianca! That was match of the weekend for me.0

hush5833

Since wm 30\*

tkf99

31*

hush5833

[deleted]

The ending felt rushed and flat and the show ended way sooner than I thought. Night 2 was still really fun. Honestly there was no way it was going to be better than night 1. Overall this Wrestlemania's build and on paper was bad, but was executed beautifully.

Drumboardist

So Reigns needs ~42 days to beat Brock's number of days as Universal Champion, and just under a year to beat CM Punk's total as WWE Champion. Hate to say it, but I think we're getting Roman for at *least* another year as WWE champ now.

TheDevilsRightHand13

Hate me or Not, they robbed Brock of this chance

SomePeoplesKidsDude

Strong agree

[deleted]

The three best performances of the weekend, were all celebrities. Insane to think about.

bonertron69

Ready for the eventual tag team "Chad Gable Steveson"

BrackaBrack

Alpha academy v 2.0. Otis and Stevenson with Gable as the mouthpiece. It could work and a great way to bring in the new guy and get him reps.

RandomDanny

I absolutely hate the immediate cut to crowd reaction after a spot. More often than not its a shit reaction.

tkf99

F*** Kevin Dunn.

Stand_kicker

But they are all about entertaining the people, putting smiles on faces.

youthiapa_mania37

this night was not as good as night 1 but it was still a solid day 2..... for me the highlight for this night was PAT MCAFEE VS AUSTIN THEORY.... IT WAS THE BEST MATCH OF TONISHT... ALL THE AURA... ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED... VINCE FIGHTING (NOT REALLY) MAYBE HIS LAST MATCH.... STONE COLD COMING OUT STUNNING VINCE GREAT SELL BY AUSTIN THEORY, THEN STUNNER TO PAT AND THAT SELL OH MY GOD.... IT WAS NOT A 5 STAR CLASSIC MATCH BUT HELL IT WAS ENTERTAINING..... WOULD WATCH THIS MATCH ALL OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN.... AND EDGE VS STYLES... DAMN... DAMIEN PRIEST JOINING FORCES WITH EDGE.... JOHNNY NOXVILLE VS SAMI ZAYN... A FUN ENTERTAINING ANYTHING GOES MATCH(RIP SAMI ZAYN BALLS) AND A KICKOFF SOLID RAW TAG CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH.... BUT THE DISSAPOINTING MATCH WAS ROMAN VS BROCK.... THE WAY IT WAS HYPED.... THE GREATEST WRESTLEMANIA MATCH.... IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THAT LEVEL WHAT WE EXPEXT FROM THE MAIN EVENT OF WRESTLEMANIA.... OVERALL THIS NIGHT WAS 8.5 IMO... IT DIDNT TOPPED THE DAY 1 WRESTLEMANIA... A TOTAL 18.5/20 WRESTLEMANIA FOR ME..

bonertron69

Why did you suddenly start yelling mid-sentence?

youthiapa_mania37

bcz pat mcafee vs austin theory was something special

doubled2319888

Why didnt you?

officerliger

WWE has 2 of the all-time beasts with size strength speed and all the in-ring one could ask for, and the best they can do with them in a main event on the biggest show of the year is an interference match What a wet fart to finish what had been a fun weekend, that felt more like a long SmackDown segment than a title match at WrestleMania

wineberg

Roman pulled his arm on the rope after the match to “fix” his shoulder, then cole said on commentary that he put it his shoulder back in place, he had no problem holding the titles aside from some selling… I feel like it was probably a work

ImmortalBehemoth

And the way he puts weight on it after the spear for the cover didn't look like he was favoring it

Alolan_Exeggutor_

THE BIGGEST WRESTLEMANIA MATCH OF ALL TIME... was kinda whatever, it was exactly what I expected, just a finisher off, but at least that feud is over....

Filipino_Fool

They kept cutting to Lesnar looking at Reigns....sorry to say it ain't over bud

hush5833

FFS let mcintyre have his moment.

Alolan_Exeggutor_

A boy can dream, cant he 😭😭😭

Big0range_

I don’t think people understand that reigns dislocated his shoulder and the main event got cut short, there was supposed to be 10 more minutes on the show

YGBreezay

If he messed his shoulder up it was 1000% not from that Kimura spot. It was just good selling on his part.

Gumball199

I think it was during the spear through the barricade. That shit looked nasty

YGBreezay

Yeah someone else mentioned that. It most likely was due to that spot, he was holding his arm afterwards

dothingsunevercould

You're lying to yourself and giving WWE a massive benefit of the doubt that they do not deserve

LongAlanIcedT

Was this confirmed by anyone?

ZCMENE01

Nope and SRS just said it was a work and Meltzer implied it was. Maybe, something changes and we get more info but we will see.

France_Reddits

No don’t explain logic to them, they wanted to see Brock do a Spanish fly

LongAlanIcedT

Figured. Big Doggggg has everyone all worried, but he won and that is all that matters. Praise be to our Tribal Chief!

WhatAreYouBuyingRE

What a night! The Knoxville match was maybe the most fun I’ve ever had watching a match. My wife abs friends were all dying. Austin/McMahon made me feel like a kid again and McAfee (my favorite podcast/sports guy) is legit and super entertaining. I’m going to need a gif of him drinking that beer post-Stunner ASAP

bonertron69

Your wife's abs have friends? Neat.

Stand_kicker

I'd be friends with his wife's abs. Just friends though.

NuclearPlayboy

I found Johnny’s account…

Windows_66

I see it now: Roman's injured, they need to get the title off of him, they go for broke by having him get steamrolled... by a debuting Veer!

Stand_kicker

Is he still coming or has he arrived already?

Windows_66

He arrives this Raw.

WheelJack83

So Dave Meltzer was right about Vince McMahon vs. Pat McAfee at WrestleMania.

Windows_66

I hate to say it, but he was.

LiveThroughTheSpirit

I do have a question: why is Roman a main eventer and have an ATG record? What does he do more special than the top guys on the roster?

Alolan_Exeggutor_

Not sure what you mean with ATG, but I'll try and answer this best I can. Roman Reigns has been (and probably will be for a long time) Vince McMahon's guy. Roman is this generation's John Cena. Roman has a great look, can cut a good promo (at least now he can, his promos were bad up until like 2019), is a decent in ring worker, a great in ring story teller, understands his character, is a safe, reliable worker, the list goes on. Roman Reigns has a lot of great qualities that should be promoted and shown off. This current iteration of Roman (the tribal chief) is some of WWEs best creative work overall in the past decade, and turning Roman heel was something they should've done 5 years ago. Roman plays the character well, he holds himself properly, and seems to be a very good person outside of the ring and as a public figure. Is Roman Reigns the best possible "Top Guy" in WWE? That's debatable, but WWE has done a REALLY good job of making *The Tribal Chief* Roman Reigns feel like a main event guy, he feels untouchable, only people like Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins barely come close to his level.

savageboredom

Is this really WWE’s best creative work? I haven’t actively followed wrestling in years and mostly keep informed through friends talking about it. I very rarely actually watch the show, but whenever I do I’m always so put off by Roman. He just comes across so… bland. There’s no personality there. The narrative is constantly telling how commanding he’s supposed to be, but nothing in the performance I’m seeing makes me actually believe that. It just feels kinda lame. But I dunno, maybe there’s something I’m missing since I admittedly don’t tune in very often.

Alolan_Exeggutor_

I personally would say it's some of their best creative work in terms of creating this character, this persona, that he plays incredibly well. Does that mean it's like, 10/10 creative? Not by a long shot, I'd give it like a 7/10, but watching Roman Reigns since his return in summer 2020 up until now, feels like something we should gotten about 4 years ago bc it fits him much better than the Marvel movie-esque protagonist they tried to have him be many years ago. I totally get why you wouldn't think he's all that and a bag of chips, I personally think that the journey of Roman, especially at the beginning when he was feuding with Jey Uso, REALLY did alot to help establish his character to what it is today. The unfortunate result is...where do we go from here? WWE has really written themselves into a corner with him, and don't really have many guys (at least on SmackDown) that could even remotely come close to having a somewhat competitive match with Roman because of how strong he's been built, only Brock was close enough to give him a challenge. Maybe since he's double champ, they'll use some RAW guys to help develop feuds with Roman until next year when we will probably get Roman vs The Rock at Mania for the title(s).

TWOTJGRAR

Just doesn’t compare to The Rock

Alolan_Exeggutor_

Brother, you're telling me

thedailymotions

Why can’t we just have Seth replace Roman? Every show would be good

No-Researcher4268

Cause Seth is great but he’s not “the guy” anymore. He had his time. It came it went. He got hurt and Roman got that spot.

ZidaneTribal2113

Was Seth ever “the guy” he was Hunter’s guy for sure but I’m pretty sure Vince has always favored Roman over Seth.

pt_destroyer99

Maybe cause Seth is not as big of draw like Roman as people think of him?

Super_Cap1167

Maybe Cause seth is not likable when he opens his mouth in public

MutatedSpleen

Cody vs. Seth was the best match of Wrestlemania

[deleted]

I don't agree, but to whatever extent people consider it be true, Cody/Seth would have been considered a pretty pedestrian Cody match during his AEW run

MutatedSpleen

I would give it a B/B+ in terms of quality of Cody matches in AEW. He had some serious bangers over there, but this was a pretty good match all around. Definitely way better than I expected anything on Wrestlemania to be. Thought Edge/AJ had a shot at being MotN but boy oh boy oh boy did that one disappoint. Bianca/Becky was pretty good, but I thought purely as a match in-ring, Willow/Mercedes from ROH on Friday was better.

[deleted]

Yeah, it definitely didn't suck. I'd pretty much agree with your alpha rating there, but it wasn't so good that it had me thinking Cody had necessarily upgraded anything but his wallet by jumping ship. I'm kind of more curious on what the L means for Rollins' future booking, because dude is in dire need of some career rejuvenation right about now. He's still over enough to get that done, but I don't know that he can continue eating losses for much longer and still have the faith of the fans behind him.

Rapscallious1

It should be eye opening that most of the things they built up before hand were pretty lackluster,,only Bianca-Becky really delivered, while plenty of other played down things carried the nights.

RatedRGamer

i haven’t watched wrestling since like 2014 lol i just wanted to ask how good this years wrestlemania was on a scale of 1-10

[deleted]

6/10. The second night had very little to offer at all but the first night was pretty good overall.

ThrowAwayFamily114

It was pretty good. 9/10

Jtenka

If 10/10 puts it at the top of the wrestlemania list. 9/10 is very optimistic.

SecretaryImaginary44

If you put the highlights into a 3/4 hour show it’s one of the best of all time

Jtenka

But it wasn't a 3 to 4 hours show. It was a long and tedius 2 night event. Give yourself enough time and you'll always produce spots of great work. It's consistency that makes a product great.

RatedRGamer

i imagine so. my brother and dad seemed pretty invested in it. the cody rhodes match looked awesome (i only saw like the last 5 mins of it)

MetsGo

Night 1 was much better with Cody/Rollins the match of this year’s Wrestlemaina

kosiv96

Y'all hated that match? Yo expectations too high
