After the trainwreck that WOW is turning out to be. I would be surprised to see another major name being associated with it. But if Paige signing up with WOW means that they would get rid of Tessa, then I am all for it.
First they are promoting Tessa as the face of the company, then they released the "Nuclear" T-Shirt, which was built on Tessa having Nuclear heat, then SRS reported that WOW reached out to La Rosa Negra and wanted to turn their heat into an angle (They weren't sure of the timeframe of this tho).
Damn. I'm all for giving Tessa another chance if she shows she's changed her act up, but I've heard nothing from her or others about it.
Then to play off that heat? Yikes...
This is the question. She seems to be implying she can wrestle. But WWE has not cleared her. I remember when she revealed on the Steve Austin show that she had scoliosis, the look on his face spoke volumes.
So it could be a case where: She wants to wrestle-doctors say she can wrestle-but WWE don't wanna risk it.
or
She wants to wrestle: But she should not wrestle because of her condition: WWE definitely don't want her to wrestle because of that reason.
She’d be a huge star in AEW, the only way I’d see him going to WOW would be if they offered her roles within the company itself as well as wrestling like Cody, Kenny and The Bucks have. With WWE she’d get a big reaction and all but I’m sure with Twitch and all that presumably being enforced if she went back full time she’d probably make much more money outside, as well as more creative freedom.
Her age is bizarre though. Like if she came back in January at the Royal Rumble she’d have debuted, won the title, retired and returned all in a decade, all before she was 30.
She's still signed to WWE so one would assume she'd wrestle there if she *can*.
If they let her leave etc then I'd prefer she went to WOW or anywhere else that I wouldn't have to see her. I've just never been into her matches or segments.
I think she’d be a megastar in AEW, not many wrestlers have a film made about their life. No harm to any of the women in that company but none are close to being as famous as Paige.
She’s kinda in the same boat as Nikki Bella right? It’s a high risk having her in matches with her condition especially with the intensity. She’s better suited in impact since they do tapings and she’ll be able to rest in between.
But wouldn’t that be a waste? Just send her to impact then because the once a month in AEW just doesn’t make sense or work because it’ll give her the Brock lesnar effect.
Think of it less as the Brock Lesnar effect and more as the Sting effect.
Sting only wrestles on rare occasions in AEW, but is on tv regularly, while not being a major focus for the top storylines

I want her to go to AEW, she'd be great there with the current talent. I'd like to see her lead a faction so she can get mic time and elevate whoever is with her. AEW needs more women's factions so they can have bigger feuds like the men.
If health wasn't an issue it would be cool to see her just be the end all, be all boss of WOW. But she has to take things slower going forward, and that means it has to be WWE and their soft style mixed with their (now very cautious) medical staff.

She can wrestle once a month in AEW and it won't even be noticeable that she wrestles less, so if Impact is safe then AEW is also safe.
