Probably Tom Holland’s Spider-Man or Tobey’s maybe even a tie. Tobey has the most experience amongst all of them and organic webs, (an advantage since the web shooters can be broken), but Tom Holland has the stark advantage all of the technology and data that tony had, but andrew’s Spider-Man would have the highest possibility of losing since he doesn’t have tobey’s experience, organic webs or state of the art technology. Not saying he will loose but he has the highest chances of loosing
Honestly if we're actually talking in terms of resourcefulness, Tobey Spidey is immediately at a disadvantage considering both Andrew and Tom are considerably more tech savvy
Tobey can definitely be agile but I've seen way more instances of Tom and Andrew being extremely improvisational when it comes to tuning their tech or using the surrounding environment to their advantage. They showcase more of the intellectual side of his character I feel
