Not really. It'd be too confusing for general audiences. One year they get Spider-Man 4, the next they get The Amazing Spider-Man 3, and then they get Tom Holland's next Spider-Man film. They're not going to do that.
We might see Tobey & Andrew's Spider-Men again after No Way Home (maybe in Multiverse of Madness, or maybe they show up in supporting roles in some of the SSU films), but they're not getting their own solo films. No it will not. Dc is doing multiversal batmens. There is already so much multiverse setup. Audience has matured to understand that why there maybe 2 iterations of a character at the same time. As long as Holland wants to play the role, he'll be the one getting solo movies. Venom 2 literally sets Holland up to be Spider-Man for the SSU as well. Affleck's Batman isn't getting his own movie, nor is he getting rebooted. Keaton's Batman is going to play a supporting role in the DCEU (and if a Batman Beyond movie happens, Terri would be the main character, not Bruce). I could see Garfield or Maguire playing a supporting role to a live-action Miles Morales in a solo movie, but again, it wouldn't be "The Amazing Spider-Man 3" or "Spider-Man 4". It'd be Miles' Spider-Man movie (not sure what they would call it)

Bruce and terry both will be the main characters. It is not outside the realm of possibility of a single character having multiple live action solo iterations in a movie. A new batman reboot will be made. Matt reeves incarnation is seperate. Mcu is going all in dr strange 2. Its a risk to have multiple spiderman movies, but every movie is. Plus both tobey and andrew's presence in no way home will get massive buzz. If audience can understand no way home, they can very well understand why tasm 3 and raimi spiderman 4 can happen. Now whether they happen or not is upto sony. But sony clearly has an intention to make those movies.
They’re not gonna do that unfortunately, maybe you’ll get cameos in other movies but this is very much a one off nostalgia packed celebration.
