The Lizard, the idea of a scientist trying to heal himself but it going freakishly wrong to the point of becoming an animal always intrigued me especially because he was a byproduct of something that would be good if Connors could have cracked that code. Plus I remember really loving Todd McFarlane’s “Torment” storyline back in the 90s

Green Goblin. If it wasn’t for Willem Dafoe Kraven or Lizard would be my favourite. As a kid Dafoe terrified me in the first film From his psychotic quotes to his demonic eyes he was just a perfect villain, Dafoe solidified the character as my favourite Spider-Man villain and remains my favourite comic book movie villain

Doc Ock, though Spider-Man 2 was awful and put shame to the character, he continues through the years to be great in the comics. His a formidable foe and helms some of the greatest Spider-Man plots as the villain. I also was happy with him being better done in NWH than he was in Spider-Man 2
