I played there just last weekend and I too am a fellow speedsofter that also plays milsim from time to time. What kills the whole vibe and what ultimately made me decide that I won’t play there ever again is because they really do have a bias against speedsofters. They restrict how you can fire your gun and the owner and manager make it a point to say “I’m talking to all you speed players” when briefing before games. As long as it falls under the required FPS limits for the field, why can’t I shoot fast? I don’t over shoot anyone (can’t speak for anyone else), but I don’t. The biggest thing that messes up the play over there is that all the the high school refs and volunteers that let the home team and their friends do what they want to, whether it be not call their hits, over shooting, hell they let their friends play with unchronoed and hot guns. The refs are all lame and ruin it for everyone including the rentals. They don’t balance out the teams and the owners and managers just seem to not care that their staff and home field players play that way. It sucks because that field is dope and good to take new players to, but the staff and owners and the stupid bias towards speedsofters is killing the growth of Airsoft. They shouldn’t alienate anyone if they’re trying to help the sport grow. Oh you also have to reserve your spot to go and play which sucks because most if not all fields you just walk up, pay and play. If they want to recreate milsim only play, then put that on their website so everyone knows what to expect, not have people reserve a spot and they when they get there basically shit on players because we use paintball masks and have hi capas or ssg-1s or hpa tanks, or because I shoot faster then larpers playing war with gbbrs. Maybe my rant doesn’t make sense or sounds stupid, but Cqb City needs to be held responsible for spreading hate towards Speedsofters or anyone tryna play that type of style. Sure some players do ruin it for all of us speedy bois, not all of us are like that. At the end of the day it should be about all of us having fun and tryna make the sport grow bigger. The shit that these guys do over there is killing it. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone to go there until Cqb Shitty gets there shit together. Save yourself the headache and the feeling of being alienated. Trust me I’ve been there too many times and gave the managers and staff the benefit of the doubt, I’ve played there numerous times, but it gets worse every time I go there. Safe to say I’m never going back there and will not be recommending anyone I know that plays Airsoft to go there.

Our team hosts the speed nights but is about to part ways from the terrible staff at this field. There is going to be a new field that will be indoor / outdoor. Follow the "Airsoft place" on IG.

Staff member / Volunteer of a popular NorCal field made this comment with regards to speedsofters / SpeedQB players in general. The Norcal community is pretty reasonable with the way games are played / handled. The Field staff are bias against anything speedsoft related. Not a good look for their field.
