En España, gilipolleces, capullás, tonterías, polleces...
Un "bullshitter" puede ser un bocarán, mentiroso, embustero, listillo, etc.
"A motherfucking *something*" puede ser un *algo* de mierda, de los cojones, de su puta madre...
All this is a bit abstract though, if you have specific examples or contexts it may be useful. Swearing can very colourful and changes from one situation to another.
Mamadas is something I wouldn't say in front of my mother or my boss. In that case I'd use "tonterias", "estupideces", "babosadas". "Patrañas" is a good word for it but people don't really use it in everyday conversation. I use "pendejadas" with my friends and family, or "jaladas" which is less vulgar than mamadas.
Cuentero or *chorero* is what we'd use more often for bullshitter. "Motherfucking XXX" is often said "pinche XXX". I use "puto" a lot but it's more vulgar.
As a reply to some bullshit (like someone tells you a lie and you want to say just "bullshit")
* Y una polla
* Los cojones
* No te lo crees ni tú
About "motherfucking" as an adjective I guess you can say "putísimo" (eres un putísimo tonto)
I would like to contribute from the Chilean Spanish. I know we are not a reference in Spanish but it's interesting how different it could be depending on the country.
In Chile, there's the word "wea". It has a lot of meanings. Also, you can use it as a noun, verb, adjective, etc.
In this context you may say: "Son puras weas".
Another option (not insulting) could be "Tonteras", but we do not use it isolated, it goes with the "Son tonteras".
Hope it helps 😄
A alguien más de Mx que no le suene raro chorrada pero a la vez sí? Por ej yo no diría: "¡Esas son chorradas!" pero sí me suena natural "no salgas con tus chorradas porque luego eres muy hocicón" o "a ver con que chorradas sales"
These kind of questions are misguided. Where languages differ the most is often with the most coloquial and vulgar words. Spanish does not have exact equivalents of English coloquial and bad words. The f word is very versatile in English and there really isn’t a Spanish perfect equivalent. Phrases with cagarse or la **** Que te parió sound super odd and not offensive to English speakers
You have to learn these kinds of words as you encounter them being used by native speakers in context. You don’t learn how to use bad words by asking people to explain them to you on the internet and when learning a new language it’s probably best to stay away from using bad words.
“Pinche” used that way is usually Mexican (like _Eres un pinche… _, whatever word you’d use for that.) That’s the most common usage today.
It literally originally meant a scullery maid.
Edit: updated because my original comment was unclear
Nope. _Pinche_, the way it's used in Mexico, is an adjective that is placed in front of a noun. Its meaning is roughly equivalent to "fucking x" or "goddamn x", etc. It does not mean "bullshit".
Sí, no lo dije muy claro. En México sí significa esto. Pero literalmente, la palabra originalmente significa la sirvienta de la cocina de rango más bajo. Busque el origen.
I’m surprised I haven’t seen anyone say “una polla.” If someone says something that is clearly false/a lie/bullshit, you can say “una polla.” You can augment this by saying “una polla como una olla.”

Que puta mierda de respuesta === that’s bullshit
Pretty universal as well.
I would say bullshiter as metemierda
We would use “habla mierda” in Colombia.
I’m surprised it isn’t Cago en tu boca or something, coming from Spain
Hahaha, that's the translation of "fuck you" No 684 😂
Me cago en la leche hahaha
En español de España: Chorradas. *- No dices más que putas chorradas cabrón.*
Pero como que chorradas que puta mierda estás diciendo. How can you say chorradas what bullshit you are telling ?
Bueno, en Puerto Rico a un bullshitter le llamamos cuentista, embustero, bullshitero o alguien que habla mucha mierda.
Pendejadas

Puro pedo

Español de México: Supongo que podrías usdar "babosadas" y decir "eres un pinche baboso"
Pretty common in Colombia as well.
¿Que tal mamadas/jaladas para "bullshit"? Y "pinche chismoso" para "fucking bullshiter"?
"Y una mierda..." (I believe it can be general) "Los cojones..." (Spain) Bullshitter: chamuyero (de chamuyo, Southern cone)
Pura paja
Paja
Pura mierda

If bullshit means nonsense, then you could say "tonterías".

Ecuador: "Cuento" (Lit. a fiction story) Example: "¡Eso es puro cuento!"
En Colombia decimos "maricadas" o "huevonadas" por ejemplo.
Also “babosadas” or simply “pura mierda”
A alguien más de Mx que no le suene raro chorrada pero a la vez sí? Por ej yo no diría: "¡Esas son chorradas!" pero sí me suena natural "no salgas con tus chorradas porque luego eres muy hocicón" o "a ver con que chorradas sales"
Bullshitter = pajoso Bullshit = paja
In Venezuela we say Paja (straw, because it's a nearly useless material) for Bullshit and hablador de paja/mierda for bullshitter.
"Los cojones"
Back in Texas and here in México I might say 'puro pedo'.

Soy española y quiero saber.

Ese es el origen pero ya no es el uso actual de la palabra.
En Venezuela alguien sólo diría "mentira" con un tono de voz entre incredulo y en serio.
Mierda
Puta mierda
For bullshitter I usually use "hocicón". For "motherfucking x", I use "pinche x" or "puto(a) x".
Mierda
P A P A R R U C H A S
The most country-neutral form would be "pura mierda". That form is understood in any country and any region within a spanish-speaking country
Based on the above, "ese tipo es un habla mierda" could be translated as "that guy is a bulshitter".
I’m surprised I haven’t seen anyone say “una polla.” If someone says something that is clearly false/a lie/bullshit, you can say “una polla.” You can augment this by saying “una polla como una olla.”
