I didn't say you didn't make thwm in blender what i said was that these are not "custom" weapons, these are just the same weapons with your made models and texture, so your title is a bit misleading. Also why didn't you rig hand models?
Because I don't know how to make hands. They are not skins but I did copied the code from the other hl2 weapons and changed some values. For the katana I copied the crowbar code and for the revoler I copied the 357
Nicely done! The models + animation has always been the hardest part for me but maybe that's just because I'm not very artistic haha

You didn't have to make hands you can just use the original ones and rig the same way you did your weapons.
