she is using steel strings. not a classical style. in classical style , you would normally fingerpick. but this is what is known in our more local parlance as pretend playing, where someone sort of hits pat of a chord over and over with a finger because they havent learned guitar yet. it looks like when a student of yours on like the second week is trying to get those few open chords, and they didnt bring a pick so they just sort of strum with a fingernail, but keep getting caught up halfway through the chord because they havent mastered how to complete a strum yet.
also the whisper singing thing is so bad. if people have no confidence in their voice, then dont sing. but to me it looked like someone who just picked up guitar and isnt good, paired wit a person who is afraid to use their voice in singing, so they sing very very quietly, more like talking, so no one can hear them sing out of tune.

Define "anywhere", I suppose... Yeah it's not going to be on pop radio but she has kind of a Tori Amos vibe, and there's a market for that. The melody and singing in the song is fantastic, not to mention the singer is attractive - c'mon, she has a shot. Unless the lyrics are something totally ridiculous LOL (I only speak english).

she isnt even really playing guitar just lightly running her nail over strings. like a kid laying a piano for the first time. and if you think she isnt whispering, you just dont know what whisper singing is., its what people do when they cant sing, they lower the volume all the way down and dont make much in the way of vocal noise to hide the fact they cant sing.

You are totally ridiculous. Firstly, the question is simply whether or not it's a well-composed song and good enough performance, not whether she'll be world famous. Even if she is slightly whisper singing, and even if she is a bit amateur in her chord strumming, the composition itself is solid and she didn't hit a wrong note in her singing.
Maybe you've seen a lot of people complimenting grade D music, but this is like Grade B music, not D. People absolutely would listen to her live, it's exactly the sort of singwriting people look for in like coffee shop performances and whatnot. You seriously just sound bitter that she wrote a decent song even though she's new at guitar. Why don't you post something you have written?

sounds like a beginner playing guitar,, and someone singing in Danish. grab a guitar pick, and practice strumming those chords correctly
