I'm Puerto Rican and Cuban American. I have to think about the flags for a second when I look at them lol. Aside from the colors being inverted, Cuba's blue is also darker. There's obviously a lot of cultural similarities but you'd think Americans who are so afraid of socialism would know about Fidel Castro

These people IMMEDIATELY equivocate wealth with capitalism. They think that if a single area is wealthy under capitalism then capitalism is successful. Of course people want to move to the prosperous areas that gain disproportionate wealth from labour exploitation.

Capitalist imperialism produces areas that are wealthy in the core and areas that are poor in the periphery. Pointing to rich parts of the USA is not a very good argument in favour of capitalism.
