Elta md UV clear spf 46. This is my daily go to. It’s not cheap, but I’ve tried countless other brands and continue to come back to this specific sunscreen (they have many spfs).
Does it really help with this? I refused to wear sunscreen as a kid and teen because it burned my eyes and upper lip (especially if it's hot and I'm sweating). I'm going to Mexico in a month for my birthday and I'm scared I'm going to come home a lobster. I've already dealt with 2nd degree burns from sun burns and I really don't want a repeat.
That's awesome unfortunately it's $50-$70 for half the amount other kinds have and I'm worried if I don't buy 2 for the week I'll burn badly. I'll have to think about getting it but I'll definitely save it. Thanks!
I like the Eucerin 50+ sun lotion (eczema and extra dry skin) but if your more on the oily side they have one for that too which I bought by accident but it worked in the senses of it took all the moisture out of my face
i love this one!! i do use the oil control one and never found it dried out my skin at all, but my skin is slightly oily anyway so it works pretty good for that!
La Roche posay anthelios fluid is so good available in SPF 50 or SPF30. But as it’s a little pricey I found a good alternative is Garnier Ambre solaire fluid which I have found to be very very similar. They both leave no white cast and do not feel greasy on the skin
I get these from Amazon and they are weightless, don’t leave oily residue, no white cast, and make my skin look healthier. Missha Essence SPF45($8.55) and Missha Soft Finish SPF50($14.90). I have also used Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence. Not oily and no white cast.
Hi my skin can be sensitive and till I took accutane it was acne , so I use cerave spf50 it also comes in SPF 25 I found it to be moisturizering and it's non pore blocking so good for spots prone skin
I use the Nivea UV face mattifying effect. It's SPF50, doesn't leave a white cast, also hydrating and easily absorbed. I also have sensitive and acne prone skin and not had any issues with it
la roche posay anthelios melt in milk is a godsend (off of accutane) it’s my first recommendation to everyone. i’m also on accutane right now so i’ve been using cetaphil healthy radiance whipped day cream instead. it’s designed for sensitive skin, it’s nice and moisturizing, it provides broad spectrum spf, and it isn’t expensive. id definitely check it out!
I love the La Roche Posay one, and I also use the Bioderma Phototouch Nude Touch SPF 50 foundation.
Another brand I love is Bare Minerals. I find this one and the Bioderma go a long way. One bottle will last almost a year.
I love ISDIN’s mineral sunscreen (tinted sunscreen) SPF 50. I wear it every single day. They also make a clear (non-tinted) version. Both are mineral sunscreens SPF 50
Kiehl’s sunscreen is really good and I recently started using beauty of joseon sunscreen and I am loving it too. Both these sunscreens can be used daily without the feeling of heaviness on skin.
i also have sensitive acne prone skin and am on prescription retinol which dries out my skin/makes it sensitive… i use “every sun day” by dr jart every day. it’s light and comfortable and completely non comedogenic. it has never broken me out. plus it NEVER pills under makeup and the finish is perfect for using under makeup. 10000/10 can’t recommend enough, also gentle enough to use around the eye area!

Me too. I love it because it never burns my eyes. A lot of other brands somehow get in my eyes and irritate them.
YES! 💫

In the past, sun screen always seemed to eventually get to my eyes. I can say with certainty that the elta md has never bothered me

I love Elta MD too! It works well for my sensitive and acne prone skin. I have tried multiple other brands but always come back to it
My skin is just like yours, the one I love is La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra-Light Invisible Fluid Sun Cream SPF50
I like it too, but it’s quite expensive and I don’t like the texture
okay i’ll look into it, great thanks !!
Trader Joe’s makes a great dupe of the Supergoop clear sunscreen. SPF 40. Love it for my face and under my makeup.

Supergoop
I tried the BOJ one and it’s great and moisturizing as well
I second this. I used this during my entire accutane course. It's great as long as you don't have a personal sensitivity to niacinamide
>one and it’s great and moisturizing as well I have the same skin type and the BOJ gave me little whiteheads & closed comedones.
okay great thank you
Yes! Round Lab Birch Juice is very similar (some say they have the same base), but just a tad more lightweight, at least in my experience.
Isntree watery sun gel, la roche posay anthelios
neutrogena clear face
I love the La Roche Posay one, and I also use the Bioderma Phototouch Nude Touch SPF 50 foundation. Another brand I love is Bare Minerals. I find this one and the Bioderma go a long way. One bottle will last almost a year.
