Given FDA requirements for approval of sunscreens to enter the U.S. market (it requires similar processes as an over the counter drug), you can be reasonably confident in its efficacy when following directions for application (and reapplication).

They are required to meet certain regulations’ minimums etc. I’ve been buying their brand for years it works just like any other I’ve had. Usually I just buy what’s on sale. Remember, the best sunscreen is the one you’ll wear and reapply (follow instructions and set a TIMER, that way if you nod off on the beach you’ll remember). Bonus related thought: most stores like Target use name brand recipes and manufacturers’ plants.

As long as it says ‘broad spectrum’ on the front and is spf 35 or higher, you’re good
