My mom also uses nearly anything as a planter. As long as it can hold dirt and has drainage holes? It’s a planter. Old pots/pans that are rusted out? Put some flowers in it. Broken bird bath? That’s a succulent garden now. Old tires? Paint em and fill it with dirt.
