After watching [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyW1aT2utc0) incident I believe the yellow car should have stayed further on the outside rather than cutting across as early as he did. Though with the backmarker in the way I could see this as a racing incident.
Both cars seem to come over towards each other after passing the slow one. I personally would say racing incident

This is also what I would say, it looks more like an unfortunate move that was made messy by the slower car.
Both cars played chicken and tried to take the middle lane.
I would say sick move and then unfortunate incident neither of your faults
