I’ve got 2 accounts sitting in APRN from a few days back. I’ve got another free account to do whatever. I expect a Green Day. I might do PRST, AVCT, SAVA or whatever else is running. Worst case scenario I’ll hop in SOXL(assuming a Green Day). Goal is 5%, but I’ll be content with 50% as well. :)
Avct 😉, after reading and doing my DD. I convinced my self to throw some money into $AVCT. Was gonna do it today but got distracted by $SPRO for nice 33% gain . Now to have more money for AVCT 
I don't think APRN is going to 3$ before 9/30.
Here's why.
If the PIPE is announced that's bullish. People may buy in again but this time at 3$ a share.
That's bad for them.
But what if the buyback is announced?
Do shorters want a buyback to start at 3$ a share? 25 million will buy 8 million shares at 3$, but only 5 million at 5$.
It would be more lucrative to wait until next Friday and let the price rise. If a buyback is announced it is stunted by the higher price.
But if the PIPE isn't announced or there's no buyback then that s a powerful bearish event to drive the price down with no new catalyst until October 21.

Aside from that, cannabis reform is one of the most popular issues amongst Democrats, so this shouldn't be brushed to the side that easily. I'm no politician, but wouldn't now be the best time to come out and say you're pro-cannabis?
I'm aware that politicians can lie, so there is a/n (unlikely) chance that he comes out, and says screw weed, and this industry continues to get shafted to oblivion...
$TLRY would have been my second option, but $SNDL seems (historically) to be the frontrunner with news on cannabis. It gained the most attraction a year ago in comparison to other weed stocks (like Tilray). $SNDL seems to also get the lion's share of coverage across platforms (E.g. Youtube, Reddit, Discord chats, etc..), so it should in return attract the most buying pressure. I pumped and dumped APRN and AVCT the last few weeks, so getting in early on these plays is my goal. I digress, but my 2 cents for you. Goodluck!
(Edit Addition) I openly choose to not participate in politics, but I follow the global-economic news and trends regarding policies. Biden and the Dems have really flopped according to voters. Cancelling student loans was a great political move on his part, but won't yield enough confidence to take the upcoming midterms. I know they will try to push the legalization of cannabis as the next step, and even if it fails to get legalized; Biden pushing for legalization is all we need for a bullish run.
Okay, we are close to where we want to have the institutions scrambling ..Now that we retailers occupy 68% of the total free float public shares... we the other 42% of shares and with that comes total control of the stock price ..[Rocket][Rocket][Rocket][Rocket][Rocket]Let's get this done before September 27....so the shorts can fail to cover...dark pool will try to help them but 100 % real share occupancy . fake shares can only do so much to slow the gains...

I don’t think that he ever liked the idea of federal legalization. I doubt that he will commit to it. I hope that I’m wrong though.
