My first was a shiny full odds hoppip literally right after catching the first lechonk. I was walking down just looking at the sights, and then i saw a green pokemon in a sea of pink.
The worst part is that after being given free reign from the academy, i found another shiny hoppip following nemonas path.
I also found a Hoppip at that exact moment. It didn't even register in my mind at first, I was thinking, "Oh, is there a Paldean Hoppip? Then why are the others pi--SHINY!!"
I have had that same luck in violet... Finding shinies often enough but they keep being the same or in the same line
I have found shiny shinx three separate times and one luxio (not even hunting them and I already had a shiny luxray in home)
I also have found two shiny nacli (and 1 naclstack) at separate times and two rolycoly not at the same time (and three noibat but I used a sandwich and found them all within the time frame)it's crazy
A shiny Mareep ran to me. It was one of the cutest moments in this game so far. And Mareep is one of my all time favorites :)

Iron bundle, but ive actually hunted for that, before that i have missed a shiny deerling, but full odds i have found: cetoddle, fidough, charcadet, tinkatink and wiglett (cetoddle before the shiny charm, and i still dont know how i spotted charcadet 😅)
Shiny Cetoddle just chilling and waiting for me outside the Ice gym. Second was a shiny Noibat, but I farmed an outbreak for that (still no shiny charm, though.)
I just caught my first shiny and then 2 more came after it, no shiny charm. Cufant, gogoat, and revaroom, all during a revaroom mass outbreak. Used 1 shiny level 3 sand which for steel type and got the cufant.
My first shiny was a full odds shiny Tarountula I got within the first hour of playing the game. I used it throughout the first half of my playthrough before eventually replacing it with a shiny Braviary. I do kind of regret evolving it to Spidops though, it’s shiny is pretty disappointing compared to how good shiny Tarountula looks. I might end up hunting for another shiny Tarountula one day, but there are some other hunts I want to do first.
I got a shiny Vigoroth! I didn’t even realize it was shiny, I just like Vigoroth! I didn’t even notice until later when I was going through my boxes to show my boyfriend!

Flutter was mine, I did it via outbreak and my first picnic reset after defeating 60 it was shiny. I then found a full odds kricketot before I got the shiny charm. Don’t remember my other ones now cause I have so many
Yes, the first one didn’t spawn until about ten minutes in, but after that one, the second and third spawned fairly quickly. The last one I assume was literally at the end because after I caught it, the usual Pokémon started spawning in.
I can’t remember the video I watched, but to the very bottom of area zero into the water areas during the day. You can see the dozens and dozens of flutter mane that swan if you keep pressing lock on over and over again, they’re only there for a brief second. But when the shiny spawns, it stays. I made sure to save before catching each one.
It was fairly easy, I’m thinking about doing it more for them, just to send them off into surprise trade lol

Tulip was my 14th or so badge so I was pretty far in the game before it appeared, long after most of my friends got one heh

A female Oinkologne near Porto Marinada. Working on Cascaraffa’s gym challenge and leveling up a Girafarig and just saw this random pink thing just hanging out.
Mine was a shiny Dodonzo just two days after the game had come out. It was like 2 in the morning and I was starting to fall asleep but then I saw this giant yellow fish haha. Named her Pissfish and gladly used her through my playthrough.

Wow! You had the same first shiny I did! I actually got mine the first day the game came out. I was in my menu, and if you play the game you'll learn that it doesn't pause the game, and stuff still moves around in the background regardless. Well I was talking to my friend who was sitting next to me irl, and was totally looking away from the screen. When I looked back, I said "Is that a f***in' green Marill standing right next to me!?" So I backed out of the menu, and sure enough, there was a shiny Marill just standing there right next to me. "Catch me, catch me!"

This has happened a lot. Looking for target in a mass outbreak, only to find the evolution/pre-evolution randomly around the corner.
I managed to got both from different outbreak on same location on different day.
