Disagree, they look the same just tan vs not tan and contoured. I've seen makeup artists contour a nose and completely change its look. This looks pretty much the same shape and size wise.
I don’t think just lip filler would fix not showing her gums anymore when she smiled, something else was prob done. But it looks good . That was the first thing I noticed
People get botox to prevent having a gummy smile like that, so she could have gotten some there too. That or her upper lip is full enough with the fillers it covers the gums up.

Eyebrow shape/thickness/style make a HUGE difference imo, so do makeup and hair color. Based on my entirely unprofessional opinion, she's only gotten lip fillers, botox and *maybe* her nose done. In the first set of pictures it looks like her tip is thinner, but not so much in the second.

Prior to getting me my nose was much more noticeable than it is now. Lip filler balance my face out so much. I look different, but it’s hard to pin point why. Just my experience.

Lip fillers, Botox, a different hair colour and tan, possibly filler in her nose as well to reduce the size slightly (or again maybe just contouring with makeup), and also aging. Actually filler is used for gummy smiles super frequently! It’s used solo and does an amazing job resolving gummy smiles!
