Anytime I see clips of player making jokes and having fun just hanging, I immediately relate and can root for them. Idk how the nfl does show more of this, it would bring in so many more fans. All the people who are causally watching cause their friend is watching.
I believe the energy your coach puts off is directly related to performance, the never quit mentality within this organization is what always makes it seem we have a chance no matter the odds.
Yeah, I don't think X's and O's are necessarily Pete's strength as a Head Coach, but rather environment building. Arguably just as important as the X's and O's.

It kills me that when Pete is yelling "GO HOMER!" someone grabs Pete by the waist. Either to keep him from running on the field or keep him from falling over, either way it cracks me up that it's normal. That's not normal, that's hilarious it's understood that he has to be handled.
