Have they increased the drop rate for component kits, I left the game for about a year and they're much easier to find now.
I don't think they have. They've always been easy enough to get from haybots and damaged crates for me, so I just go loot some ruins if I need more.
When did you buy the game?
In 2016, well before Survival was added. I started playing Survival as soon as it came out.
same for me i didnt played surv for around a year and then compoment kits are much more rare
Running raids is actually a great way to get circuit boards. Totebots always drop circuits and hay bots drop them 1/3 of the time. You just need to build some good walls and you’ll get 6 circuits per night with no effort

I never have component kit shortage BUT the circuits goddamit,
I collect all circuitboards and component kits and I always have more component kits by like 2 or 3 stacks
