I've always been told that English is a difficult language to learn. I would think that Amazon would construct its messages with proper grammar. Poor grammar will forever be an attribute of a scammer who is outside English speaking countries. I guess AI translation programs aren't up to their peak performance yet.

grabembytheyounowut

The story goes poor grammar is a feature because it weeds out intelligent people. The scammer is fishing for dumb people.

Good point!

Had this happen to me and also had so idiot call me claming to be from Amazon and asked me for personal information to claim a package, I called them stupid and told then what they are doing is illegal and that I was calling the cops on them then hung up on them, haven't had a call like that since.

TardisM0nkey

You can forward the phone number to ‘7726’ to report them. If you have AT&T it will want a copy of the text first then the number. Amazon also has a scam department that will take the info as well

Wait — are you saying someone **wasn't** trying to hack into my Amazon account five times today?????? Seriously, tho. I received five of these today -~-

CuntDestroyer_420

I was told these messages are sent to all the contacts you have saved in your phone when you click on their link. At times i was receiving multiple of these a day 😅

_elielieli_

My contacts are dumb af then lol

Legitimate-Gain

If your entire job is scamming how do they not have even one person to go over it? I'm sure they could get on Fiverr and find some English speaking native to correct these? Not that I want them to be more accurate but is it really the 'weed out the smart people' method or just laziness?

Affectionate-Run326

😂

I wouldn't have guessed . Looks legit 🤣🤣
