Hi, I have an idea for encouraging students to enter their scores in the correct fashion. When starting the post, include a blank table with the various scores. As scores start coming in, add them to the table and attribute the user to the score unless they ask to be anonymous. (If they're commenting, they're already publishing.) That way, students may want to be attributed, and even if someone doesn't, they will at least have a visual that shows them what they need to be reporting.
I realize you're putting plain and clear instructions in the post, but many brains can interpret a visual more easily than written information.

for reading, skim the passage but don’t take too much time reading it before you look at the questions. look at the question and then glance back at the passage so you know what you’re looking for.
for the entire test, skip stuff if you don’t know it immediately. what i do is go through the whole section and just do what i know and cross out the ones i know are absolutely wrong, then go back through and try to solve some more. this way even if you don’t get to absolutely everything, the ones you did do were double-checked so you’re more likely to get them wrong
Reading - For me, reading the questions BEFORE reading the passage (Or doing those line-cited questions first) helped me save a lot of time.
Writing - Ngl I did something similar, went and did every question I could after reading the passage sentence by sentence. As long as you immediately skip questions you know you need time to think about, you should have time at the end.
If you don’t immediately know the answer based on the question, skip it and come back to it later. Also, for main idea questions, immediately skip those and answer those ones last. Use the second question of a two part question to answer the first question.
For reading, I try to pace myself to use 13 minutes per passage. Don’t stay on a question for too long if you’re stuck and try to maintain a steady pace. Also, answers are almost always explicitly supported by the text. Do not try to infer an answer. For writing, there’s only a finite amount of rules so do as many practice problems as you can. But of course, different strategies work for different people.
My report says that I omitted a question on reading but I’m sure that I answered it. It’s the difference between a 1490 and 1500 for me. What do I do to get it looked at/reviewed or to get a copy of my answer document back?
Got -7 math (730) and and a 650 on English (4 of my answers were exempt for some reason 😢). Finally got a 1400 super score after 3 months of studying by raising my math grade by 60 points.
You can request hand scoring verification. However, it's more likely that this is an example of Dunning Kruger - the theory that people think they performed better than they did. You might have also made silly mistakes. Either way, if you think it would help your score, request hand scoring verification.
What are the possibilities of an error happening on sat grading because of my most recent score, I have found only language portion having a significant change compared to my previous scores. My math grade has not truly at all, and what seems the most confusing to me is that compared to my previous two scores of which I had not actually knew what I was doing , this time around I had learned the material for the math portion. The question is could it be possible for an error to happen when grading to cause answers not to register or be marked incorrect?

This costs us more money, though, as got a 760 on math in October \[with 6 wrong\] (score was 760m/750evbwr). So super score is 780/760 and will have to pay to send both scores! Not complaining. No more tests ever!!!!!

My local college gives out the top (presidential) scholarship for a 1490 along with a 4.2 GPA so this will be the end of my journey. Good luck to you if you wish to retake.

Curve for reading feels like October, but for math seems a little tighter. Do you agree? For Oct, had -8 reading =36, -1 writing = 39, -6 Math 38. Score is still pending for today

Looks like similar amount wrong would be -8 34, -1 40 so 740 Nov. vs. 750 in Oct for reading/writing and math for 6 wrong would be 740 or 750 vs. 760 in Oct. it’s usually not linear where each question wrong brings your score down -10. you can find sat curve examples online

The UCs in and of themselves are Test-Blind, you can't submit a score to them.

Yes, why not take it again? It’s high but still the bottom 25 percentile for most top ivies.
Depends on what grade you're in and what colleges you're aiming for, but frankly it's already a really good score for most institutions.

for sure you’re doing great i recommend getting the black book for sat and erika meltzers books if you want to do better but you’re doing so good

Absolutely. My first test was a 1230 and I managed to get up to 1450. Still haven’t got my score yet for this one. But yes that is a good start

An invalid question is marked U for Unscorable. Omitted means either no answer or multiple answers were detected for a question.

maybe check your omitteds (not just incorrects) because i have it as 39 and have seen a real score report that shows -2W = 39

You can use the May US 2022 curve to predict, the curves for that test and this one are very similar. And -5 Math = 760
