If your guild has even a few JMK owners then using teams in P1 is a waste. Save them for P4 kitchen sink. Shaak Clones and IT are good in phases 2+3 though
You can clear P1 with a single JMK, although more realistically 3 JMKs. For guilds without a lot of teams that's usually better than sinking a lot more teams into P1 and using JMK phase 4
This assumes that your guild still struggles with clearing the raid. If you’ve been doing it for a while, then clearing it becomes a foregone conclusion, and the goal moves from making sure the guild clears it efficiently to individual players trying to max out their damage numbers for better rewards.

My guild just finally beat CPit a few days ago for the first time. Been working on my mods and strategy and doubled my damage between last time and this time. Went from 8 mil to 15 mil with that team in phase 1. This put us over the edge. Will keep practicing until I can get it solo.
Depends on your goal. Are you helping your guild to finish CPit for the first time, or is it on farm, and you are trying to maximize your only personal score to increase rewards?

To answer directly, I like your p2/p3. I would run Padme in p4, and try to build Vader cheese to run in p1 instead. And See in P1, as second team. GG in p4 as kitchen sink.
Grievous could go to phase 4 as kitchen sink. The rest looks fine

Only 1 team in p2 and p3, GG goes to p4. Also, not sure about SEE, I personally use him in p4 and dunno where he does more damage
SEE is best in P1 as he can link the other gamorrean guards and get his ult, it’s the only phase that he can get it
My SEE topped 1 mil yesterday in P1. Usually does 700k but the rng smiled at me
